All the people at the dealership were Great! Yolanda knew what I wanted and she didnt waste my time. I was in and out of there with no problem. David Neumann and Dave Fogg were my Finance Managers and they also did a great job! I am very pleased with my price and payment! I will always recommend Honda of Concord to my friends and family!:)
I was in the market for a 2009 Honda Civic Si so I submitted on online contact form on their website and received a very quick reply from Larry Fowler, the Internet sales manager. He has been with Honda for many many years and really knew his stuff. Ultimately, I decided to purchase through Honda of Concord because of the low sales pressure, professionalism, and genuine friendliness of Larry. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend Larry and it was well worth the 2 hour drive from Boone, NC.
Contacted Chris online about an Odyssey. He phoned me and emailed very fast. Told him that we wanted an Odyssey and asked for pricing which he provided. Honda of Concord is more local than any other dealer and so we wanted to buy from them. Their quote was competitive but not the lowest however; Chris honored the lowest quote we had. We were in and out of the store quickly (I think my children were bothering Chris). Great job all around and highly recommend.
Awful experience. They harrass you from the second you get out of your car. If you ask about price they make you sign a document stating that if they meet your price, you’ll buy that very day.
I don’t know about you but I like to have an opportunitiy to think before I buy. The sales person, Damion, was visibly upset/angry that we told them we just wanted to see a price, but weren’t going to buy that day because we just started looking.
Not only that, they followed up our visit with a nasty email on how we “promised” to go back, and that they held a car for us based on this promise and we should have informed them otherwise. We made no such promise and never asked for them to hold a car for us.
I called the office to submit a complaint with management and they sided with the sales staff (whatever happened to apologizing, and the customer is right?) I told them that they should take care what their sales staff say because just because we didn’t purchase this time, doesn’t mean we won’t purchase in the future- of course with their subpar customer service, we’re NEVER going back.
Just to clarify, we dealt with 2 sale reps- the online sales (Daniel Hensel), and the in store sales rep (Damion)
