My Auffenberg Volkswagen reviewI dropped by car off Thursday evening to have the window retinted (it was peeling) and I was promised my car back on Friday. when I called Friday to check the ETA, they said sometime after 5 pm because the person doing the tint was in court in St Louis. When I showed up at 5pm my window tint was not fixed. They said two tinting companies cancelled on them. why did they not call me earlier than 5 pm and why did they give me the number to call someone local? It’s not my responsibility to call to set up an appt for window tinting. I purchased the car from you all. I told my husband that I do NOT like the way Auffenburg does business and wanted to trade my VW in for a different car (all because I do not like the service I receive)…very sad situation. I am very disappointed in Auffenburg VW service/sales dept.
