I bring my truck in for service. (exclusive ). I have had many issues every time.
Have had to go back and forth to get issues resolved.
I feel that they just do enough to get by and rush me out.
This last visit had to take in because brakes were grinding and had to
Have new rotors. Why didn’t someone mention that at last service visit.
Because they do as little as possible to get you out the door.
What happened to providing excellent customer service.
Oh, forgot to mention because my husband complained why no one
Mentioned brakes problems at last maintenance visit.. They were gracious to take about $48. Off a $500. Bill.. How generous.. Pay premium price for excellent service.. But get poor service.
We were promised a car at a certain price and when the car arrived the dealership refused to honor the price. Staff were unfamilar with product (Q: Where’s the spare tire? A: That’s a good question. Never did find out where the spare tire is located). This is only one of several questions that were left unanswered. Then they took our trade-in and shipped it out of the dealership before we even bought a new car. The deal falls through (because dealership refused to honor earlier commitment) and our car, which we still have title to, has been shipped across the state. It will take 24 hours to get our car back.
We will buy a car elsewhere and warn everyone we know to avoid Heyward-Allen Toyota at all costs. It’s a shame because this was a great dealership in 2000. Something has changed for the worse.
