VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE,SPECIALLY MS McCLOGHLIN SERVICE ADVISOR

i have arived to Hawthorne Chevrolet with 3 problems such as check engine light on,service suspension message and stabilitrac message,they told me it will take one hour to diagnose and will cost $115 but if i will do repair they will apply diagnosing fee towards repair,after one and half hour doing nothing they telling me that we will change the sparplug for check engine light but they will need additional 2 more hours to diagnose 2 other problem,which i thing already misleading because first they said they need one hour but after one hour past they said two more hours.So during those two hours and realizing they have a recall to do on my car and with out my permission they start doing recall so they can get the money from GM for their job.
Then its a lunch time one hour.So after lunch mechanic says i need a suspension compressor that will clear the suspension message and we don’t have it in stock,and stabilitrac message must be related to suspension problem.Hawthorne Chevrolet tells me to pay $384 now and when they will get the compressor they will install it for a $1001 wich is already more then Paramus Chevrolet
by 35% with a labor,and they lied that they will apply diagnose fee towards repair because they think they smart and they can break it to 2 visits so it would look cheaper but total is still
over $1300 plus tax.My complain is that they use my diagnose time that they charging me to do the recall on my car and did not want to release my car untill i make the payments and still
did not fix anything in the car.
