Normally we like to cruise the car lots on a Sunday, knowing that we can look and not be pressured by any sales people. We decide to ‘just look’ at a couple dealerships on a pretty cold Saturday, the first one we stopped at, no one even approached us. Then we went to Harold Ziegler’s. Within just a few minutes we were greeted by Casey Bush. He introduced himself, asked our names, what we thought we would be interested in, we let him know that we had just started ‘looking’ that probably wouldn’t be ready for about another 6-8 weeks. He took our names and phone number. Got a call from Casey later the next week to let us know about the big indoor sales coming up and that he had taken in quite a few of the type of cars we were looking for, if we were interested in test driving. Casey was a great salesperson, showed us what he knew we were looking for, let us test drive a couple brand new models and showed us a couple very good used model. The one we had our eye on we thought we’d have to come back later in the week, it was blocked in pretty good, Casey got everything moved out of the way and we were able to test drive it right away.
I have to say that this was overall one of the best car buying experiences we have had. Casey was great to work with. No high pressure, honest, easy to work with, will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
In dealing with a Ryan Pero I found nice Jetta on craigslist and made an offer. All I got back was a flat “No” in an email response. No counter offer or anything. Didn’t seem motivated to make a sale. I had to make all the effort. We finally agreed on a total out the door price on a Friday. I told him I had insured the car and would be there on Monday with a check. He said that would work and he would see me then. Sunday, after I had sold my other car to someone else he notifies me that he sold the car we agreed on, on Saturday, the day after he knew it was spoken for. So here I am, without a car and wasted all my time taking out a loan and putting insurance on this car and doing a lot of research on it. VERY unprofessional. Then to top it off, no apologies were offered after I told him the situation he left me in and how I felt. There was no response to my question as to why he sold the car to someone else when he knew I had already claimed it. This has definately been a bad experience for me, I will be making sure my story is read all over the internet and that my customers are aware of the shady dealings of Harold Zeigler.
Went in for an oil change and they mechanic forgot to put oil in my engine and now it ticks loud. They tried to give it back to me like this with out saying anything probably because im a woman. What was aggravating was it took 3 hours for them to give the car back so obviously they were trying to hide their mistakes. This dealership is not trustworthy. Im still waiting for my car 2 weeks later. Stay clear!!!!
