I called them up and specified my car condition and my requirements. When I arrived, I was not even greeted. When asked around, he took all the information. I had specifically requested loaner vehicle and he said it was not available. When I asked can I reschedule when it was aware because I can not be without car for extended period of time. He said you can call later. And he gave me my keys back!!! No discussion, no sorry, nothing. It was like he was doing me favor by servicing my car. This is not what I experience at other dealership. I have used Acura Dealership (Center Acura and Acura Thousand Oaks ) and had very pleasant experience. Acura- Pay attention and fix the issue. I have been life long acura owner but today’s experience might have changed that!!!:confused::mad::(
