Had a great experience when purchasing my Maxima from Greenville Nissan. Not even a year old the AC started leaking and they claimed they fixed it along with the odor that was in my new vehicle. 6 months later the odor is back and I am told that it is not under warranty but I could get a chemical ran through for $70.00 but that would not guarantee the odor would be gone. VERY DISAPPOINTED I decided to trade my vehicle (did not go with another Nissan, after having 7)Upon trading in my vehicle I canceled my gap contract and still have not got my refund from Greenville Nissan. They lady who handles their insurance claims is very rude and unprofessional. I would never do business with Greenville Nissan ever again and will not recommend anyone to come to this dealer!!!!
I bought a new Nissan Altima from Greenville Nissan in November 2010. I had a GREAT experience with the Sales person Don Askew, the finance manager Tommy and the General Manager Jay. I have had nothing but a Great experience with them from everything to buying the car to the service on the vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will never buy from another dealership, THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!
It’s not resolved by the dealership!! I’m trying to “verify” my entry….HELP!
I would have to say that Greenville Nissan really worked with me to find the type of car that I wanted & needed as well as the payment that fit my budget. What really got me to pay attention to the upcoming specials from Nissan was their internet advertising. Mr. Jonathan Waters regularly informed me of the upcoming deals at Nissan and once we arrived at the dealership, Mr. Dave Rucker showed and explained to us how the Nissan Versa would fit our needs. Finally, the manager of the Greenville Nissan truly greeted us with respect and closed the deal. Overall, the change of management style and salesmanship at Greenville Nissan makes anyone feel comfortable buying a high quality new vehicle from them.
Brought in car and needed over $1800 in repairs. After repair done it was immediately clear something had not been done correctly. Took it back after breaking down 75 miles from home and being towed late at night. They wouldn’t admit they might have done something wrong and then charged me $88 to tell me something still wrong. Don’t trust this place and they weren’t willing to make things right.
I have reviewed this and it is accurate.
the car in question is a 10 year old infiniti with 179,000 miles FYI
I have purchased two cars from this dealership in the past two months. Mr. Kirckof was my Sales Consultant for both purchases. I was treated with honesty
and respect and I must say that Mr. Kirckof went out of his way to meet my
requests within his ability. If you research the vehicle you want and know your purchasing ability you should have no problem at all with this dealership, quite the contrary I do not think you will be at all disappointed. In addition, I have never known of a dealership that gives you free towing and oil changes for the duration of the ownership of that vehicle.
Me and my mom went to Nissan to just look. When we got out and was lookin aroud a salesperson came to us asked us could he help us . we said yeah we just lookin around , not lookin to buy any thing . He said ok, he said just let me show u some vechiles, so he should us SUVS . then he said go back to the car and i will go find u other nice SUV we just got in . So he tried to find the truck but they was workin on it . So he comes back to the car and said let me go get a paper so u can sign up for a drawing, just pull up to the door and park . So we did then he come back out with a paper and said come on in, I need to get some information . So we go in we give Him the information .he said how her interest rate is so high how he might can get it low by buying a truck . Then he get my mom to sign the paper to run her credit to see if she could get the truck . Mom signed then he said that he called her finance company and that the man incharge said that he needed to talk to her . So we go to the finance company she with and we go back and tell him what he said . Then he give us to another salesperson and tell us to go home cause the man they need to talk to at the finance company is not there. So we go home and come back in the morning . He looks at us like why there here. Then he tells u s that the other salesperson talked to the finance company and the man tells them that he not doing other loan to trade out our car .Then he tells us that he do the paperwork to take to him to see what he will do . After bout 10mins or 15mins he come to us in the car and tells u s that everybody tellin him that he not goin to finance . We go to the finance company again and talk to who we need to, he tells us that nobody called him and that he would finance us.After all that we just go somewhere else . That is what we did me and my mom was so mad cause we drove the truck and everything, he tolds us that we was going to get the truck . THAN JUST LIED THE WHOLE TIME . He should have told us the truth no money down no finance this truck pick other . Not lie
This is Randy Kirckof, I have re-located to my home State of Minnesota and I am no longer employed by Greenville Nissan and have No reason to mis-lead anyone.
We set our standards high at Greenville Nissan and the information I relayed to these people…was correct. The Financial Company..they were using had so many problems, with there customers, that most Car Dealers in the Greenville area..do not even use them for outside finance. If we could have used convential financing instead of sub-prime…This issue..would not have been a problem.
My mother and fiancee went to the Nissan dealership in Greenville. My mother has serious problems with her legs and ankles and REQUIRES cruise control to sustain driving long distances. They told the dealer they wanted a safe car as well for my son who has already been through many operations including open and closed heart surgery. Upon bringing the car home they discovered it did not have cruise control, or ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) which is standard in most vehicles now. I returned to the dealership to speak to the dealer that sold them the car. It turns out he left under unusual circumstances. A representative was supposed to provide me with information but instead I sat their for at least 20 minutes. He came back and replied, I’m sorry. I thought my GM was coming to talk to you. They said there was nothing they could do. They are sorry, its not their fault, etc… We then began hearing a clicking sound. We live 2 hours away from this dealership. The first time we brought it there, they said it was nothing. We kept hearing it. We took it up there again, still nothing. We had to get the oil changed the clicking was still there, asked them about it again. They told us the master mechanic took and put a new wheel cover on it, that’s what was causing the clicking. We left, the clicking was still there. I called them, upset of course, The women on the phone replied well our master mechanic drove it and didn’t hear anything… so they really didn’t put a wheel cover on? I spoke to the GM, he said he was unhappy about that, and this time he road with my fiancee. The clip that went between the axle and the wheel bearing was about to come off, the clip that held the tire on. They fixed it and again said sorry, it was a manufactures defect. Now, they tell me I’m stuck in a 19,000 dollar unsafe vehicle without ABS or cruise control, and I have to ride my 3 year old son around in this car regularly on 2 hour trips for doctor visits. This has been going on for over a month. I’ve asked to speak to the owner several times, the GM tells me that is not going to happen. I’ve never had any problems talking to an owner in the past for any business. This is not good practice.
