I brought our Jeep here on request of the insurance company to have it repaired after our boat trailer broke and pulled the jeep to the ditch. It needed an alignment and there was a new Clunk in the transmission. I left it with them for 3 days, they said they found nothing wrong with the vehicle. I brought an ASE master tech along to make the jeep clunk for them. He did so and the dealer admitted finally that they never test drove it! just put it on a hoist and looked at it. A manual transmission… The service manager and mechanic started yelling at me and my tech asking why we brought it here. “its an insurance job”. According to my mechanic who was calm and merely pointed out the problems. They did not want the job at all for some reason. I have never been so badly treated by a dealership staff. They YELL at thier customers when proven wrong or lacking in ability or technical knowledge. The service manager was trembling, physically shaking, he appears to have serious mental issues and I felt threatened. They ended up charging us $174.00 for work that was not performed AT ALL. This will be reported to chrysler and the BBB I brought an impartial wittness/auto technician from another STATE. Take your car anywhere but here. I am in the chrysler family of dealership OWNERS in Michigan and this is FAR from over…
