Oh yeah, Glendale infiniti sucks, and its because the service adviser RANDY, a stupid black dud thing he knows everything and have 7 years experience working in infiniti.
I went there to adjust my vehicle Alarm impact sensor, and he told me there is no alarm impact sensor on this car, its a set track, like lowjack. and i said NO!! there is a sensor and i adjusted once at cerritos infiniti. and he said” thats why they TOLD you, do you see it by yourself ? I work here 7 years and i never heard about it”. and than i said” doesn’t matter you work 7 years as service adviser, they got a new design and you don’t know about it”. and he said” but there is none, you can’t adjust it”.
and i said there is one and you can”. so he ask one of the guy from service and he said no they don’t have an adjustable alarm sensor”, and then he told me” there is a guy who install alarm from other place, I can call him to come check it out”. so i wait for an hour, at the end they guy don’t know $hit and he took off after he look at my car for 1 minuts…..
and after that, he still don’t believe me that there is a sensor add on to factory alarm.
so i drive all the way back to cerritos, they adjusted in less than 10 minuts and got out.
I ask service adviser APRIL and she show me where is it and how to adjust it myself if i think its still too sensitive.
SO, now i know where is it and there is one, and i can adjust myself if i want to change.
the whole point here is the service adviser RANDY from GLENDALE infiniti is a doooooosh bage,
he think he knows everything and think i was born yesterday. don’t trust what i said and don’t even want to take a look or even call cerritos to ask them how they did it. HE is an @$$ and don’t even try to talk to him because no matter what you said, he won’t listen.
he think he smart and we are stupid, Guess what, He was wrong and never try to find out the right answer for me, and I found out where the sensor is and i can even adjusted myself. bottom line is never go to GLENDALE INFINITI to talk to RANDY the black dud. NEVER
I should take a picture and sent it to Glendale infiniti to randy and show him that I found it and he was wrong and he can $uck it.

The agreed upon selling price was inflated on the lease contract, maintenance warranty was added without consent. The finance person told us that we had NO CHOICE because it was a lease! This dealership is the worse! The biggest Scums, Fraudulent, Deceptive sales people ever! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!
The whole experience was pure misery! Big mistake on our part! Please DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!
The worst car purchase experience, ever!!!:mad::mad:
I just purchased a G37 coupe infinity on August 1st, 2009.
The fianance manager at the Glendale Infiniti engaged in the “packing the deal” * practice which is fradulent and illegal on me. In addition, he misrepresented and inflated the finance rate on the buy option to entice me to use the leasing program. I cannot believe that these practices are still being used against law abiding consumers. His behavior is fradulent and despicable!!! DO NOT SHOP at Glendale Infiniti. SCAM!
The whole experience is extremely unpleasant and I strongely encourage viewers not to use any of their leasing programs!!!
* – the customer is quoted an inflated monthly payment. If he or she accepts this amount, the dealership adds accessories (i.e. service contracts, GAP insurance, etc) to the purchase contract to reach the inflated quoted price. The customer doesn’t realize that the accessories are optional nor that they’re paying extra for the accessories, which are often represented as “included” with the vehicle.
I heard a rattling noise when I started my car. After several people telling me that this noise sounded really bad, I took it into Glendale Infiniti. After paying the inspection fee of $150.00, they couldn’t figure out where the noise was coming from. They charged me for an oil change, filter change, belt change, and engine flush. They said that this was a necessary service and would probably help the rattling noise. Nope! After $300.00 in charges the rattling noise was never resolved. I found out later that the noise was coming from a couple of screws that were never put back in following a previous service call.
The service department here is dishonest! DO NOT GOTO Glendale Infiniti unless you want unneeded repairs!
Very unprofessional, rude, and dishonest sales department. I spent about five hours at the dealership trying to lease a G37 infinity, and was one of the worst experiences I ever had. As a current infiniti owner I decided to remain a loyal customer, and lease another infinity. At first I was pushed by two different salesman to lease a a car, which after a whole hour of negotiations was found to be a car that was already sold one week prior. Then after test driving another car, and spending another couple of hours negotiating, we agreed on the lease terms . As we were about to sign the lease paper, we noticed our sales person was missing, and we were approached by the finance manager, as well as the dealership owner informing us that the sales person had made another mistake, and they had to lease the car to us at a much higher price. I am very sure that is their sales strategy to get people all worn out, hoping they would agree with their last minute price changes. Any how as I brought up the issue with the owner, I was given no apology, and was escorted out of the dealership by security
Do not have your vehicle serviced here. Management of the service department is incompetent. I took my vehicle in for a small repair in August 2008 (replace a broken tire pressure monitor sensor) and from there, they damaged my tire and had to replace it, damaged the rim and still have not replaced it after two attempted repairs. Then, during the second attempt to repair the vehicle someone took my car off the lot – against my knowledge – for 4 miles and crashed it. Then, after I told them not to touch my car anymore that I’d get it fixed at a body shop of my choice, not theirs, they asked me to wait a day until the service manager came back to work so he could manage it. Big mistake. During this day they went behind my back and sent the car to their body shop, which further damaged the vehicle in new places. I had to get my insurance to go after them and had to inform their body shop to stop work because after I told Glendale Infiniti to do so, they didn’t. The work was half done by the time I verified what body shop they used – and very poorly according to my new body shop. Instead of replacing the damaged roof, they were using a filler. They did wet sanding that soiled my canopy inside and it is so soiled and smelly it now has to be replaced too. And there is more than just this damage. As you can imagine, this is now a big mess that I will have to resolve through other means. One thing for sure, this is not the way you treat a customer when you mess up – especially one that has bought two Infinitis, the latest from them, and had taken my car for routine service to them for 5+ years. The first mess up they did during these services and it turns into this. Stay away from this dealership because you cannot rely on them to fix things. Furthermore, I had found out after the fact that they actually subcontracted the replacement of the tire pressure monitor sensor to Discount Tires and it was they who damaged it. Why would an Infiniti dealership send one of their cars to Discount Tires to do a repair? This entire experience has only been about doing what is in their best (cheapest way to do it) interest rather than ensuring I was being taken care of. If you mess up, you take responsibility as a business and fix it for the customer how they want, not the cheapest and most unreliable way. Replacing a $150 tire pressure monitor sensor has now turned into another matter resulting in losses of thousands of dollars.
