Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. The pricing was great! This was my first time buying a new car and they made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership!
Overall a great experience. The greeting by the sales staff was amazing. There was no pressure as to what they wanted to sell me. The salesman listened to all requests I had and made the experience easy.
I was able to test drive the vehicle I was looking for without question on their test course. Any questions I had were answered in detail.
Was greeted well right away. Clean showroom and very organized. Had a good experience with Boris. Listened to what my needs were. Made the entire process very easy and made me feel comfortable. I also appreciate the call a week later to see how the vehicle and i were doing.
Not sure why i didn’t check the “would recommend this dealer again as YES, but I definitely will purchase from them again and recommend them to family and friends

I purchased my 2012 Rogue from Gerald Nissan and I was shock at how wonderful it was to be buying a car. The made it easy and fun. My sales guy was Frank. He was beyond great! He made me feel comfortable and he was professional. I knew the color and model but Frank still let me test drive every different model just to make sure I got what I wanted, not what he had in stock. After test driving I was greeted by the GM Nick Smiley. He is not your typical “hard line how do I get you to leave with this car now” Sales manager. He was genuine, honest, and fair. I was given no run around the numbers; Nick did not play any types of “sales” games. When I informed Frank and Nick I don’t make a decision without my BFF/Wife, both agreed that was a good decision which was refreshing! My wife and I came back and were surprised at how fast we were able to drive our new Rouge home.
The financing part was no problem either. Anthony walked us through everything and allowed us to ask any and all questions without making us feel stupid.
IF YOU NEED A NEW VEHICLE GO TO GERALD NISSAN! They will treat you right!!!!! I can’t wait to buy my next car from them.
Bill made the car experience go very smoothly, was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was also looking at the Honda CR-V and he could give me very specific comparisons between that and the car I was looking at, Nissan Rogue. Overall I felt very comfortable and felt I was treated very well. I am loving the Rogue we purchased!
Sean Kastrati -Manager provided excellent service. He was very patient and understood our needs- he takes the time to listen to the customer to achieve a perfect sale. We are now proud owners of Nissan Juke. His professionalism and kindness will not be forgotten. and will be another reason to recommend the dealership ,service and products to many family members and friends.

CARLOS WAS FANTASTIC & SUPER KNOWLEDGABLE – NOWS THE PRODUCT – VERY PATIENT -KIND NO PRESSURE- VERY POLITE ! TOOK THE TIME TO TEST DRIVE EXPLAINED ALL FEATURES DURING TEST & AGAIN AFTER PURCHASE.- EVEN PROGRAMMED MY FAVORITE RADIO STATIONS- I HAVE OWNED MANY VEHICLES OF DIFFERENT MAKES HOWEVER, THIS SALES CONSULTANT MADE THIS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE YET – IT WAS HIS ABIALITY TO EXCEED EXCEPTATIONS AND ASSIST IN MEETING MY NEEDS THAT MADE THE FINAL DEAL. Carlos Galvez was amazing, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend dealing with anyone other then him. His friendly and helpful nature made this a fantastic experience! I purchased a 2011 Nissan Rogue (New). The vehicle was perfect, the pricing was amazing, and the service was top notch!
Save yourself the time and effort. These people care only about themselves and the money they can put in their pocket. Our experience at Gerald Nissan was the worst ever possible… They would never return our phone calls, and their promises were worthless . We were refused the car by a sales manager ( Bob Smiley)because we were not all that happy with them..One week went by and we recieved a call from (Sonny) and said come and get your car. Well we told Sonny we did not want to buy a car from a dealership who treats costumers like dirt. beware of liers and cheats, a bad bad bad place to go!!!!
I was quoted a price on an Altima including financing. The salesperson even wrote it down (1st place I stopped) for my reference. I returned 3 days later and accepted the offer, and halfway through the purchase (credit already approved, etc), the manager came and told me with the discount on the price he would have to make the interest rate higher. The manager was Bob Smiley (kind of ironic). I walked out – not that the money was that much different, it was just dishonest so I choose not to do business here.
1) Bought a quest – was told that the lowest financing rate possible was 5.5% but contract showed 5% o they could make money off the extebded warranty.
2) Quest had a small scratch, was tolf this would be fixed when brought in but manager refused to honot it when I brough it back.
3) Bought an ’03 Xterra, was told and paperwork showed it was an “SE” – called Nissan customer Affairs after 3 months to double-check – turns out it was an “XE” manger told me “too bad my loss” (now pursuing lawsuit.
Great experience overall. I was greeted by a salesman with no pressure on showing me a car. He listened to all my requests before he showed me any vehicles. I was able to test drive the vehicle I was looking at with no question as well as given a thorough overview of the vehicle.
I would definitely recommend the dealership.
