One word to describe my visit to the Hyundai dealership at Garden Grove was ridiculous. They made a deal and backed down on it when we went to the showroom. It was the worst experience I had to deal with and especially the store supervisor was very disrespectful and did not seemed to care at all about handling his customers. He was so discriminatory and rude; he was screaming while all we were trying to do was get a better deal. He walked out on us while we were still speaking to him and yelled his way out of the showroom into his office. He does not know in any way how to deal and be polite to his customers. The way he was talking showed how inexperienced and ignorant he was. He is a shame to this dealership and his position does not defines his attitude in any way. He handled us in a very uneducated and unmannered way and needs to apologize for his rude and disrespectful behavior.
The sales staff are OK. It’s the managers that are rude. if you have any questions or issues, they don’t care. They will treat you like a little kid and talk over you. I think their motto is to drown out the customer till they get frustrated. Don’t shop here. If you have any problems after you buy the car, they won’t care, they all ready have your money…..
