Jeramy is nice, he greeted and answered all my questions but the price he gave to me not so truthfully, but it is okay i dont have problem with that. I know that his job tried to make money for sale a car. My biggest problem is the way Stan Bailey treat customer is so poor. He talks in high voice like customer is bullshit and dont know shit and try to make a deal for a car. He tried to sale me a lease instead of buying a Acura. He said like i hate to see people throw away their money to buy a car, he said prople is not too smart buy car instead of leasing. I felt like ” i am one of them stupid”.
Stan Bailey does not care about what customer say, and threats customer acura dealer willing take problem out law sue, if customer sign contract and want to change mind and want to back out even did not pick up car yet. He talked in really scary voice ” like if you dont take this deal is i will sue you i will tow your car to you, because the car is your, you bought it stupid “. He had really bad attitude not compatible for his job a customer service. He was laugh and giggle the whole time in conversation and laugh when he walk out the door. I was mad call him back and asked “what are you laughing dude. He came back and said “you dont know shit, i have seen alot people like this act like they know how to deal but they dont you are loser. I was really mad when i heard that.”. I was so mad really want to punch him in the face but i didnt do it. I dont know just because frank leta like to hire people like that or just because he is racist person. I told jeramy a few thousand dollar is really nothing for me can lose more than that on gambling no problem, but i just did not like the way Stan Bailey treat customer like that. Sorry Frank Leta just lost a 2 cars deal, which you will sale for my friend and my brother, because they are shopping to buy a Acura Mdx 2012 same as i just bought a acura mdx with an unhappy face about the acura frank leta customer service of Stan Bailey. I hope Stan Bailey will not last there long. I would never recomend to anybody go to Frank Leta at South county at tesson ferry.

They had the car that I wanted, in the color I wanted. The price was competative, but they gave me way more for my trade. I walked in to look and drove home with my new car!
This review is for the service department as I have not dealt with the sales staff. Yet. Frank Leta was recommended to me by my girlfriend because they service all makes of car. This place is a class act!!! Never bought from them but they treat me like I’m a lifelong Acura owner! Whatever you drive, get your vehicle serviced here! Competitive labor rates, friendly staff, and a clean car when you leave!
I personally do not own a Acura but the service is so great that not only I but my entire family and friends take their vehicle’s there for all service and repairs. In my opinion Pam Oakes is the best Service Manager around. She is friendly, caring and most of all honest. And that is what will keep us coming back. Thanks Keep up the Great Work!!!

Purchased a 2012 tsx traded a 2012 explorer(my MISTAKE on doing that). After negotiations car was washed for delivery all kinds of scratches on paint. Sales manager response “OH I KNEW ABOUT THAT..WTF gave them a flawless explorer and 2500$$ now ball joints are out and acura has yet to fix issue .. Dealer is doung a temp fix… NEVER would i purchase or Recommend this Dealer to anyone…

I leased my TL at Frank Leta Acura. Blake was very helpful and friendly. He never got pushy like some other salesmen I’ve dealt with at other dealerships. I would highly recommend them. I now service my vehicle there regularly. They are competitively priced, and I get a free car wash whenever I want! Can’t Beat A Leta!!
THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE VERY WORST COMPANY for CUSTOMER SERVICE, and the worst dealerdship I have ever been to. The people who work there are Rude, Scammers, and Inattentive. They sold me a car, after a month a motor in the car died. I had 2 year warranty and 3 month warranty from the dealer that they offer, but they wouldnt fix the car, they claimed it was my fault the motor died?? Finally after many phone calls, visits to the dealership, and consulations with the lawyers, dealerdship agreen to pay for the full amount on the old car, and for me to pick a new car so I could do a trade in. While doing all the paper work for the new car, and getting ready to sign, I NOTICED THAT THEY PAID ONLY FOR THE HALF OF WHAT I OWNED ON A OLD CAR. When I asked what was going on and why they were trying to be sneaky they argued, yelled and were unpolite through the whole situation. They claimed that they never said they would cover the whole thing. Then I noticed that they wanted me to REFUND them the money for the WARRANTY ($2,000 for 2 years) that I bought, out of my pocket while purchesing the first vehicle. They said that they had the right to this money because they need to fix the old car ( that I didint own anymore). They charged me for cancalation fee for the warranty that I Cancelled($600), but the warranty refunded me the whole $2,000. They stil owe me $600 along with many things that I will probably never get back. This situatuion almost caused me my Job, brought many arguments with my family, and caused me so much stress.
Unfortunately, people who come on here to read the comments do it after they buy the car or after it’s too late. I wish I went online and read more about this “DEAN TEAM” before purchesing anything from them. It is bad enough that people are loosing jobs left and right in this though economy, but then we have monsters such as this dealerdship waiting for the first opportunity to steal from us. SUCH A SHAME!
From the initial greet the salesperson was awkward and unhelpful. I knew exactly which car I wanted and a fair price that was acceptable for the St. Louis market. The salesperson refused to take my offer to the sales manager and suggested I should try Chicago dealers as no one in St. Louis could afford to accept that offer. When presented with my justification for the offer, which included his invoice price and $1000 for their profit, he explained that he as a dealer has additional expenses including advertising and new car preparation which made my offer impossible to accept. His explanation would have been reasonable and acceptable, were it not for the angry and confrontational manner in which it was delivered and his insistence that my offer was not viable. I nearly abandoned Acura altogether after this experience to buy my second choice, a competitor beginning L, but gave Dave Mungenast Acura a call. Mungenast completed the transaction within 15 minutes, at the same price I offered Frank Leta, and Mungenast Acura was very pleasant. My experience with Frank Leta Acura was very negative and I cannot recommend them.
