My Fordham Toyota reviewI went in one day for service of my previous Rav4 and Juan introduced himself to me and wanted to see where I was at it with my vehicle at the time. I was not ready to trade my vehicle in and Juan gave me his card to keep in touch for when I was ready. Juan himself for the next few months consistently kept in touch with me, checked to see how I was doing, etc. When I was ready he was the 1st person I called to put some #s etc together for me, we made an appointment gor me to come back to the service center and now I am driving my new 2017 Toyota Rav4.

If i dont questions why the amount differed when I got my first monthly statement they didnt do anything to fix it. The salesman was now “gone” from the dealership. Toyota financial couldnt explain the detials of the contract. As of today I got stuck with paying more money…
