Bought a New Ford Escape. Less than a month later had a front tire blow out while driving. Have pictures nothing in the road, no potholes ect. Called the service dept and told them my tire had just blew out and the I needed to bring it in for repairs. Was told by Ron the service manager before he even looked at the tire that it wasn’t a defect in the tire that I had ran over something. When I got there not only was the tire shot, but my wheel was damaged. They said it was caused by a road hazzard and was not under warranty. Wanted to chared me $750 plus dollars. Needless to say, they will not be working on my car again and I will NOT recommend anyone buy there. The service manager is rude and talks down to women. Terrible place to buy a car. Take it from my expierecne and go to another dealership or better yet stay away from all Ford dealerships. My first and last Ford purchase!!!

I was told by a shop looking at my car it had to go to a Dodge dealer for the repairs. I get my car towed to Ferarrio for the needed repairs. They call me to tell me i need a fuel pump, i had a warranty and i first thought their pricing was high and wanted to check things with my warranty place to see what they covered and how much they covered. WELL I CALL FERARRIO 2 DAYS LATER TO TELL THEM TO GO AHEAD WITH THE NEEDED REPAIRS….
I WAS TOLD MY CAR WAS NO LONGER THERE…….
THEY LET SOMEONE WALK IN AND PAY THEM 200$ AND LEAVE THEIR LOT WITH MY 12,000$ CAR…WITHOUT MY PERMISSION….
HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN?????
NO EXPLANATION NO SORRY WE MESSED UP…
NOTHING….
THIS DEALERSHIP IS HORRIBLE…THEY DO THINGS THEIR WAY, IF THEY MAKE MISTAKES, THEY DON’T CARE, they make you yourself feel like crap when they are the ones who messed up….
If you use this place be careful that they don’t give your car away like they did mine…

We went to dealership to see and buy a truck listed on their Internet sight.
We found the truck…Bill came out and told us that HE WANTED THE TRUCK.
He took us in the office and had us start filling out the paper work.
He then called over across the street to Jim in Finance. Bill did not ever allow us to test drive the truck. We drove Bill across the street to Jim’s office.
He came out and said we needed to bring some moreinformation to Jim.
We did this and after about 45minute wait,(Jim was with another customer)…
we got to talk with Jim. He was very pleasant and professional.
EXCEPT: Jim took all our information and told us he would contact us by NOON today. (SATURDAY).. Well it is 6:45 PM… and still NO CALL from him of any kind…OH BY THE WAY….They close on Saturdays at PM….
WE WASTED OUR WHOLE SATURDAY WAITING FOR HIS CALL>>>>>:devil( Don’t waste your time…..Go to ELM Chevrolet

They overcharged and performed unauthorized work. They justified the overcharge as saying they didn’t give me quote, just an estimate. They claimed they had authorization to do work not even asked about, even though there was nothing in writing. They refused to give any consideration. When they were told they had lost a customer forever, the service manager said “No problem, there are plenty of other customers in this world.”
Truck was on dealership website and several others. Drove 100 miles, one way, to buy it only to find out it had been sold weeks earlier. No apologies – just tried to sell me a new car. Probably a sales tactic. Leave it on the website to draw you in then try to sell you a new one.
Won’t ever go back and will never recommend.:mad:
Customer service is lacking from the top down at Ferrario. The auto body shop has no sense of professionalism and will send work out without checking it over. Ferarrio will not fix their mistakes, making customers take their vehicles to another location to have it properly fixed. No one at Ferarrio stands behind their work…not even the owner, Don Ferarrio!
Save yourself a lot of stress and headaches by taking your car to another repair shop.
I can only imagine how the sales team treats their customers knowing how the body and service shop treats their customers…Horrible experience…will never use Ferrario again for anything!
