I’d been shopping for cars for a while and wasn’t going to buy a car from just any dealer (I found several dealers that simply didn’t deserve my money). The Feduke sales team was excellent to work with! I felt they truly earned my business with their courtesy and professionalism. I never got the ‘used car salesman’ vibe. I would recommend them to anyone.
Absolutely do not buy a car from this dealership! Their customer service is pitiful, they don’t return calls, and are not helpful at all! And, the President of the company never acknowledged my letter I wrote to him complaining about the awful service I got at his dealership. Stay Away! Here’s the short story. I bought a 1 year old Ford Edge about 3 weeks ago. The battery died while I was out of town, so I called our salesperson asking about what to do (left 2 messages). He never returned my call. Took the car out of town again, got stranded because the battery died and had to call roadside assistance. The mechanic on site told me the battery was bad and that the terminals needed to be replaced. I called the Sales Manager at Feduke who told me to bring in the car, so I did. However, I had to wait an entire day for the service department to look at my car, because the Sales Manager never let the Service Department know about my issues. Then the Service department only replaced the battery terminals and told me the battery was OK (I told them about what the mechanic said from roadside assistance). Add to this that they also told me that the issue with the battery was their fault, as they were supposed to fix all this during the certified preowned check sheet. Two days later I went to start my car and guess what – battery was dead again. So I called Feduke who told me I had to call Roadside assistance (again). I then asked them how I was supposed to get to work and they told me they couldn’t help me because 1) they had no loaner cars on site and 2) they can’t give shuttle rides from a residence – great customer service huh? I had to have my car towed to the dealership, where they finally replaced the battery. Stay far… far away from the dealership, unless you like being treated like crap!
