My Faulkner Pontiac Buick GMC Co reviewI first heard about them through a website called “Campbellyardsales.com” I put in an ad about needing a car. I got a reply from “Bubba” who stated that he has a car for sale a 2000 GMC Jimmy. He said that he bought his daughter a newer car and wanted to offer this one to me. he priced it at 2500. needless to say i did not think this was from a dealership BUT i was kinda happy it was, for peace of mind. I went in and the price had jump to 4800. his reason for this was because the vehicle was in high demand but he was saving it for me. Anyways, he told me that the vehicle had “Absolutly nothing wrong with it” and i belived him. I went ahead and bought the 2000 GMC Jimmy. Ive owned the car for 2 weeks now, and have found that “Bubba” had lied about the “problems” of the vehicle. 1, the car starts without a key. 2, the fuel pump is broken, causing the car to not turn on AT ALL. 3, the heater cord was cut so come winter i will not have any heat. 4, the meter that saids if the car is full or empty on gas DOES NOT WORK! 5, the radio speaker on the right side doesnt work. 6. the botton to move the side mirrors does not work. After finding out the list of things wrong with this vehicle I called the dealership up. made a complaint about it and was told that they would call me back after they spoke to their manager. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK!!! so not knowing anything about how to deal with this i figured it was my fault for beliving what “Bubba” had told me. and went ahead and took my 2 week old car into the mechanic on my own. After the mechanic told me what was wrong with it, i called the dealership up again and explained EVERYTHING. they now say that they will do something by MAYBE trading the car they sold me 2 weeks ago in for another SUV. I have to pay the mechanic and the towing, and the “tax” and paperwork for the other SUV. making the bill to 600 bucks. 600 bucks! Im at a loss here. I would not recomend them to ANYONE. Not with what they put me through. I dont even want this other SUV, id be much happier with my money back.
