Bought a car from them when their name used to be Falls Church Motors a couple of years ago. At the time i went there to look at the cars, there were a couple of picketers in front of the dealer with signs and pictures of a car they bought that broke down already in a short time they got the car.
That should have been a big clue to stay away but i did not and end up buying a passat volkswagen. At the time i bought the car, emission inspection was needed. So after a few days of getting the car, i brought it to a gas station and was given a pink slip for failed emission. For 3 weeks the car was in and out from their shop.
After the 3rd week of purchased i finally was able to drive the car with the a pass emission home. After 2 weeks of driving, engine blew up but since I got the extended warranty i called them up and talk with Chris from their shop informing him that the engine blew and needs to be replace or fix. I also arranged extending my monthly payment since its been really on the shop more than me driving it for the month…. The car has been in and out from their shop from the first day i got it.
Instead of them fixing the car, they repossess it justifying that i missed 1 payment and per contract will constitute repossession. I have no problem paying my monthly dues but who on their right mind will pay a car that is worth a junk car.
The repossession has been a thorn on my back for my credit ever since and now i am in the process of suing the dealer and im trying to get as much collaborations as i can to show without any doubts their fraudulent practices and intentionally misleading buyers in selling cars that Is already considered ‘JUNK’ .

I would recommend this dealship & the sale person Bradshaw.
😮 If someone out there was searching for the worst Dealership on the planet, then search no more, because we found FALLS CHURCH MOTORS for you.
😀 The only Dealership where the looks of the cars are in complete contradiction with their performance…The personnels of this dealership seems to be a little friendly to a customer only when they want his/her money after which you the customer becomes unless.:devil(
Barely 24 hours after purchasing a 2005 vehicle from this dealership, we realised that we just bought a faulty car, with bent axle, cracked windshield, broken trunk, broken power outlets, old car battery, worn timing belt…to name just a few.
😡 We only realised how nasty, how inconsiderate, how disrespectful & dishonest the entire team at this so called “Falls Church Motors” were, when we drove their faulty car back to their lot. The entire Team ranging from the Owner to the to the sales person treated us with utmost disrespect, like we were 5 years old kids.
Their expressions to us were very sarcastic, mean and nonchalant, to make things worst they declined full responsibilty to all the faults and imposed a 50-50 deal on each part bought plus the labor…What Great way of doing Business!!!:devil(
If you are thinking of purchasing a used car and decide to go to Falls Church Motors, then Good luck., They will do everything to force you into signing for a car, and before you realise it you will be stuck with a faulty car. They even have someone there who would do your tax for free to get your money and attach the full responsibilty of a Faulty car on you…What a desperation!!!
DO NOT BUY HERE IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY AND THE CARS ARE A BUNCH OF JUNK.
THE SALESPEOPLE ARE THE NICEST WHEN YOU WALK THOUGH THE DOORS AND WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO BUY A CAR. I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
THEY SOLD ME A CAR AND SHOW ME THE CAR MAX REPORT TELLING ME NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR – THEN THE SALESPERSON TOLD ME THE CAR WAS INSPECTED AND WILL LAST A LIFETIME – 😡 24 HOURS AFTER BUYING THE CAR IT BROKE DOWN AND I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK TO THEM. COME TO FIND OUT BOTH AXLES WERE BAD AND IN ORDER TO GET IT I HAD TO PAY FOR 50% IF THE REPAIR. THEN THE SERVICE GUY STATED THAT I SHOULD WAIT TO GET IT FIXED UNTIL I HAD IT MARYLAND INSPECTED (I LIVE IN MARYLAND) BECAUSE HE SAID THEY MIGHT TELL ME IT NEEDS A PULLEY OR SOMETHING – SURE ENOUGH THE CAR NEEDED A PULLEY, SERPENTINE BELT (WOW- THEY REALLY SCREWED ME OVER) – THEN TO TOP IT OFF WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER THE HEAD MAN IN CHARGE HE BASICALLY TALKED TO ME LIKE I WAS FIVE YEARS OLD AND THEN GIVE ME HIS TAIL TO KISS.
IF YOU WANT A DEALERSHIP TO TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR A JUNK CAR AND TALK TO YOU LIKE YOU DON’T MEAN ANYTHING – THEN THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO – IF YOU AS THE CUSTOMER FEEL LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE IS APPROPRIATE BEFORE AND AFTER THE BUYING THEN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT GET IT THERE.
I AM STUCK WITH THE PIECE OF CAR I BROUGHT BUT HOPEFULLY EVERYONE READING THIS WILL TAKE WARNING AND NOT GO THERE. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF RIPOFFS.
If you buy a car here, be sure you see the paperwork before you give them any money.
I purchased a vehicle from Falls Church Motors this week. The sign on the car said it came with a 30-day warranty and the salesman also said it came with a warranty. After they charged my credit card, the salesman again said that the car came with a warranty. But when it came time to sign the papers, the sale was designated “As is” with no warranty, and the sales manager refused to include the warranty. Since they’d already charged my card, my options were limited–take the car or try to get a refund.
They also agreed to make a repair to the door trim, and started working on it, but stopped while papers were being signed and did not complete it.
After the papers were signed, it took almost 40 minutes to get the 30-day tags the car.
They were also unable to provide a title for the car, and required me to come back in a week to pick it up.
I’ve rated the pricing very bad because the price we agreed to was based on the dealer’s deception about the warranty.
Be very careful if you deal with these people.
This dealership sells junk cars to people. Then when you bring it in for service the service department acts as if they are going to fix the problem, but end up making it worse. This results in several more trips needed. the worst experience ever.
