Keith, Your service man and the parts department dropped the ball on my work !!. The service man billed me for a hour and thirty minutes to look at a window switch that I told him to replace !!!!(112.50) then was told that replacing the six point hitch plug would fix the problem with the turn single/brake light that the plug was bad. Now the ignition problem is a over charge also. When the service man showed me the one he replaced I liked to shit !!,any one could see that it could not be repaired BUT he took forty-five minuted to clean the contacts and then said it was bad !!! ANY ONE COULD SEE THAT CLEANING THE CONTACTS WOULD NOT WORK !!!! ,it was black and burnt inside the switch !! That I told him to replace(112.50) !!!So I was in at 8:00 and at 10:00 was told that the parts I needed could be picked up at Skyland if I would wait. As I told you I was leaving town with my camper and the main thing was to get the plug repaired or replaced… Was told that it would be there in a few (2 hours) and said I would wait. At 1:30 my truck was pulled on the rack and I had removed the wiring that James had installed to save me money and time(I did this in the parking lot in the rain) the service man rewired it then he said that the parts department had lost the new plug that they had just picked up !!! WHAT how do you do that ????… then he said well looks like it may be something with the computer and that will be $1200.00 to replace and will have to pull the bed off the truck(that around $300.00) to chase down the wiring to find out what the problem is that could be as much as $1000.00 or more….W.T.F. Then he said I cant do it but I think I would hook it back up like it was !!!!!I guess I look like a #@@ucking fool !!!!This is not right !!! I was told that I could pick up my parts in the morning(window switch & plug)at 8:00 well guess what!! The truck broke down and the parts should be there by 10:00 well guess what it was 12:30 before I got the call they were in !!!!!!……

I was in your shop for 7 hours and had my ignition replaced witch took all of ten minutes, Had to spend two hours and fuel to come back to get my parts that I was assured of that would be there the day I was in for service, was lied to about the parts being lost and over charged for the work done !!! The parts man thought he was being funny by telling me that he had broke the legs off the plug so it did not walk off again when I come back to get the parts!!!! I did not find it funny .. Your service man did nothing to find the problem with the plug ,he only put a tester in the old plug and that was it, sometimes you have to use your brain to figure things out and not let a computer tell ya what is wrong..
Lori Perin called me I told her what happened and was told that Mr. Anders would call me well he dropped the ball also no call. I feel like I am owed for the time and fuel and inconvenience and delay in leaving .I do not think I should be charged for the time on the window switch. Labor on switch 112.50. 50.00 back for the time on cleaning contact on ignition 2 hours to pick up parts @ 25.00 per hr. 50.00 fuel 10.00 . How do you put a cost on inconvenience .???….. TOTAL DUE 222.50
Miss. Perin sent me some stuff to make me feel better. I told her that I did my oil changes and most work on my truck but the only thing that will make me feel better is a check for 222.50.. I am sending it back Thanks but No Thanks Lori !!! You say your treated like family when you walk through the door …. well the saying goes Your family will screw you faster than anyone !!!!!!!!
