I was given an estimate for repairs. After and only after repairs were complete did I get a call that my vehicle was going to be ready after it went to clean-up, and it would cost over 20% MORE THAN THE ESTIMATE. WAS NEVER GIVEN AN OPTION OR CHANGE OF EST. BEFORE THE WORK WAS COMPLETED. I GAVE THE BODYSHOP OVER A WEEKS NOTICE TO GET NEEDED PARTS, WHICH THEY DID BUT NEVER NOTIFIED ME OF THE INCREASE. DON’T EVER USE THEIR BODYSHOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Every time I talked to them I was lied to.
I bought the used carI wanted, then brought it to my mechanic who told me to return it immediately.The salesman (London) told me the car was in “perfect condition,” yet mymechanic said that $3-5,000 parts/labor were put into the car from an accident.
I RETURNED THE CAR TO KOONS. I asked for a refund, which they said waswould not be a problem because they “legally couldn’t deposit the checkwithout finishing up the rest of the paperwork.”
I requested that they give me my physical check back as aguarantee that they would not deposit it. They told me that the office was closed and I couldn’t get it back thatday but it was not a problem because they “would never deposit that check.”
THEY DEPOSITED MY CHECK FOR THE CAR I HAD ALREADY RETURNEDTO THEM. I had to call them afterlearning this from my bank, and speaking with the manager, Ryan Anderson, I wastold that I needed to be able to prove to them that this was true. I was told by the manager that I would beable to pick up a check for the full amount that day. When I called later to confirm a time to comeby, I was told the check wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow.
Every time I have interacted with them I have been”guaranteed” something that was not upheld. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
