I bought an audi a4 3months ago. The check engine light was on three days later. The service manager was great and understanding. He offered to check it for free. They told me it was a fuel pressure sensor that can be replaced at 45$ but last week i went to an authorised dealer for advise and found out that the fuel pump has a problem and must be replaced at a cost of 950$. I experience good salesmanship, but the after sales service here is wanting.
I came in to test drive a car after seeing it on the website and applying online. I left a small deposit during my visit to let them know I was serious about making a deal but, I also let them know I was looking at the dealerships and this car purchase was a want not a need so I was going to take my time. To sum it up salesperson and finance obviously have a serious lack of communication,(office of Tony/finance is right next to Alfonso’s/salesperson desk). I was promised to be able to take the vehicle of choice to have it inspected by an outside mechanic due to the fact the carfax indicated it had been involved in an accident and I needed to have it pass MD inspection, never happened. I started to send email communication so that I could have a paper trail after numerous promises and miscommunication, I sent an email advising them I expected a reply within 72 and I was prepared to make the deal, no call, no response…..that is until I sent yet an additional email reminiding them of the unfullfilled promises and to have my deposit refunded.They had the nerve to call me and tell me they had a buyer for the car the night prior, that was 4 weeks ago, the car is still there. End result….I am still waiting for my refund I was told by Alfonso via email I would have to drive out there and he would give me my refund by check but, I had to give him the original receipt he gave me. Why would I do that my receipt is my proof and furthermore I didn’t write a check I gave Alfonso a credit card,I will post everywhere possible to warn customers…..unless you are DESPERATE for a car DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I have found, purchased my vehicle of choice elsewhere at another dealer who stuck by their word and where they are obviously concerned about customer retention and word of mouth. I hate to have to take them to court but, it’s the principal so stay tuned for the final outcome.

The salesperson appeared to be nice and helpful. The manager is a different story, they have different prices on different sites. The car is very nice and at a good price, but they were cheap with gas and did not even cleaned the car. Naturally, I am not going back to them as they do not seem to be looking for repeat customers.

As for the prices being different on different sites: we do periodic “mark downs” on our prices, unfortunately some sites update their feeds latter then others. However our website http://www.wbminc.com always has the latest prices, as it is updated and maintained on hourly basis.
DO Not go HERE! They are very friendly when your interested in purchasing a vehicle but when it comes to making arrangements and sticking to them they are HORRIBLE. I had to go through a horrible ordeal just to get my hard tags. It was excuse after excuse from everyone. Then I was having some mechanical issues with my vehicle , mind you I still had temp tags not even 30 days old and I mentioned it to the tag n title person I was told I brought the car it is not their problem its mine. Im giving you a fair warning DO NOT GO HERE! Go somewhere else. I will continue to post everywhere i can to let them know that you cant treat people llike anything. They were rude and very unprofessional. When i asked to speak with the owner i was told he wasnt there numerous times. Time after time. DONT go to Washington Blvd Motors in Arlington, VA !

Don’t even think about buying a car from this place. They will say you are approved for a loan and wait a week and say the bank needs more information. I have a high level job for a international organization and they acted like I had no money. The facts are this we gave then
1,500 dollars and then they ask for an additional 7,000.00 which they got. The car was not cleaned and they sold it as is. This are scam artists and can’t be trusted. Don’t waist your time and money.
We basically like the car that we purchased, but the dealership is not honest. I realize that they sell “as-is”, but ours failed Maryland inspection and needed $700 brake job with rotors. They say that they do not purchase cars from auctions, but a review of the title paperwork shows that is not true. Also, I paid in full for my vehicle and also signed over the title of my trade in. Even with that, it took 2 weeks for them to get us the title and spare keys. I had to call and bug them several times for the title. That is not right. Just proceed with caution if you deal with them
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! They sold me a LEMON the engine went bad in 30 Days. I was told when I brought the car I had a 30 Day warranty. When I came back one person told me my warranty was VOID due to how many miles I put on it. The ASSHOLE owner told me the car was SOLD AS IS! I returned the car due to could not get financed they kept my deposit saying I was responsible for the engine. They tried to cash a check that I gave them that was VOID due to not having to put down the extra money they tried to cash it anyway. THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST DO NOT GO HERE! THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND WILL EASILY TAKE YOURS THEY DON’T CARE AT ALL!
