Please refer to my review of Southwest Lncoln Mercury for the details. Simply put, the service technicians there could not locate the source of an annoying rattle in a vehicle I purchased there just two weeks prior. I told the “advisor” that it had to be coming from inside the driver’s door. After four trips and countless adjustments (not once did they remove the door panel), I took the vehicle to West Point. The Service Director, Pat Quimby, personally drove my car, and surmised, as I did, that the source of the noise was inside the door. It took all day, but the culprit was discovered … the cable that unlocks the door when the handle is pulled. Before returning the vehicle to me, Mr. Quimby again drove it. He encouraged me to contact him personally if this matter (or any other) requires further attention. This level of service and attention to detail is lacking in so many dealerships, including the one where I bought the car. Kudos to West Point.
