I will turn in this vehicle and give them the keys. I do not want to purchase from this dealer ever again. I was kept waiting for hours to purchase a vehicle. Another customer came in and was given priority over me, as I was already waiting. I do not understand being treated like dirt because someone came in to trade one Corvette for another Corvette. OK, you go money (or better credit); but that gives a dealership a reason to treat me like nothing, like dirt just because he came in. Bull!
Safety lights on the front of the vehicle do not work. The inside of the truck was not cleaned and there was no attempt to clean it, just an attempt to rush me out the door. The center console is foul, but the sales people only told “well, it will cost a lot of money to fix it!” Again, Bull! I went in during the day, came out after dark many hours later. Then, I see there is a rock chip in the windshield. I have been back twice and all I am told “well, I will see about putting in a ticket to get it fixed.” Just fix it!
The most important problem is the lunging of the engine during a dead stop. Standing still, waiting for a light change and the engine feels like it is lunging forward while the brake is depressed. Piece of junk truck.
And, I will not forget!! The sales people told me, “yes, it has navigation!” The finance manager told me, “yes, it has navigation.” Asked them both again, “does this truck have navigation?”. “Yes, it has navigation.” No, it doesn’t! No, it does not! An expensive bill for OnStar is not navigation. One big arrow on the center screen stating turn left here or turn right here is not navigation. Took it back, spoke to another sales guy, he comes out and looks at the truck center console, “oh, yeah, it does not have navigation and we can’t put that in” Slick, shiesty, sheisty, money-grabbing don’t give me any respect, no-good-dealer!!
