My Dunphy Nissan reviewIt takes few days for them to figure out my warranty status.
They keep saying they are waiting to hear back from the warranty company.
It turns out that it was never filed with the warranty company.
They keep transferring me to different departments when I had questions.
It took them a solid week to figure out that they don’t know what they are doing with my car.
They haven’t even started the work even after a whole week.
