As a woman, I always dread shopping for cars for fear that someone will assume that I know nothing and will try to swindle or hoodwink me. However, most of these slick salesmen have no idea that I can change my own oil, plugs, brakes, belts, and anything else that might come along, and man are they in for a shock when they try to put one over on me! But not THIS place! From the second I stepped onto their nice lot I was treated as a peer and with respect, which was a great (and unusual) feeling. Jim, the salesman, was nice and to-the-point, always answering my questions, providing me with CarFax reports upon request, and generally being a big help. It didn’t take me long to zero in on a car I liked, and they the actual buying process started, and again to Jim’s credit, he was honest and straightforward. We politely haggled over the price, and it didn’t take me long to get a number presented to me that was to my satisfaction. Their business department is as professional as it comes…papers were taken care quickly and correctly, and no last-second fees or anything attempted to sneak past me…the number we shook hands on was exactly what I paid, to the cent. This is a great business and a credit to what they do, and I suggest anyone looking for a new car to at least give them a chance to strut their stuff…hopefully you’ll come away as impressed as I was.

My Long Island Auto Find reviewi have had so many problems with so many dealers i cant even count them, all, so ive been sinking countless dollars into maintaining my old rustbucket rather than have to deal with yet another shady dealer out to bilk me for every cent i have. however, after doing some online research and through word of mouth, i decided to give these guys a chance. but if it didnt work this time, that was it, lol! thankfully, they were totally on the level and their word was bond when it came to price and selection. no talking out of the sides of their mouth, they were upfront during the entire process, friendly and great communication all the way. the very solid initial price quote on the dodge i wanted was actually talked down to an even better level, and in no time we signed the paperwork and sealed the deal. i was also impressed by how nice the lot was for an independent place…very clean and professional looking. the salesdude was a gentleman all the way as well, knew his stuff and was open to all questions/communication. loved my experience here, would only go here if i needed another car again.

First off, the lot is pristine, freshly paved, clean, and the salespeople projected professionalism and respect, they wore ties and everything, lol. I was impressed. Anyway, Steve was a great guy, funny, knowledgeable, and didn’t try any of the high-pressure tactics that you always get bombarded with at your usual used car dealer. He just seemed happy to be helping you regardless of making the sale or not, which was surprising since I assume that’s how these guys get paid. But his approach, worked, as I bought! But when offered such a fine condition car at such a fair and affordable price, who could refuse? Especially when it comes to the wonders their finance dept. worked with the loan? Before I knew it my plates were on my Lexus, the registration in my name, and I was rolling in style off the lot. Gotta give props to my man Steve and the staff at Autofind!

I want to think out my purchase before I decide. However, he got the message and backed off and the sale became quite pleasant from that point forward. We made a deal on an SUV and while the price was okay, I would have liked to have saved a few more dollars. But I asked around to other dealers and I got almost the same exact quote at all of them, so I felt better about my purchase. I would check them out again if I needed another car.

The reason WHY I gave this dealership a *5 Rating* is because of the high rating of professionalism the salesmen showed. In regards to the vehicle, they was extremely helpful, informative, & polite. My boyfriend & I drove 88 miles from Hartford, CT to Copiague, New York to purchase the vehicle.
When I got there the Li Autofind staff treated me very well. The process went by very quickly & before I knew it I had the keys to my Mercedes Benz CLK-320! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle with a great level of customer service.

In the wake of Hurricane Sandy, gratitude has taken a whole new meaning for many of us. After having lost my home, heat, power, and vehicle, I am very grateful my family and friends were able to survive unharmed. While I have nothing but good things to say about Long Island Auto Find, the past few weeks have taken Mike from “car broker” to now “friend.” When my world came crashing down, he held my hand and took complete care of replacing my 31 day old submarine…I mean Benz. While I know I will love the new car, I truly appreciate your level of empathy and going above & beyond my wildest expectations.

My Long Island Auto Find reviewI have purchased two cars from Long Island Auto Find and was very pleased with both experiences. My first purchase (Infinity) in 2010 was transacted within two days and my most recent purchase (Lexus) in February 2012, took just one day. I stopped by at the dealership and saw the car I wanted. The sales person was very polite and helpful, and was very willing to work within my budget. There was no sales pressure, no badgering, no patronizing.
The used cars sold at Long Island Auto Find are of excellent quality. I have had the Infinity from August 2010 and so far I have had absolutely no issues with the car. Both cars were cleaned and delivered as promised.
I applaud Long Island Auto Find for their courtesy, knowledge and the very professional manner in which they conducted these transactions. You’ve earned a very grateful customer. Thank you!

My Long Island Auto Find reviewIn my life, every car I’ve purchased has been brand-new…at least, before I lost my job and found my income halved. When the time came for a replacement for my current car, for the first time ever, I had to look into used options. I’ve always DREADED this…I’ve loved driving off the lot in a brand-new car the last three times I’ve done it. But, after visiting several sub-par dealers, I finally had the fortune to stroll onto the Auto Find lot, and I felt the feeling of salvation. A great lot full of clean, well-maintained, high-quality used cars, many of which were as good as new! And many were within my price range! The guys at the lot were patient, kind, and very nice…they let me test drive several cars multiple times, had the carfax ready and waiting on all of them, and when I drove off the lot in my new car, I had the same feeling I’ve had every previous time…except this time with a used car! I guess used isn’t so bad after all…especially when that used car is from LI Auto Find!

They handled all my needs and concerns, from the time I stepped in their office, test drove the car, and signed on the dotted line. I went in only to look at a car very uncertain and came out a happy and confident owner of a 2006 Honda Accord. Never was there any pressure, just full explanations to help me make a decision. It was outstanding how they were able to give me just the car I wanted that was affordable for me and pleasing to drive. The salesperson answered all my questions regarding the vehicle and financing, he really made me feel as if I was truly a valued customer. He was extremely polite and attentive at all times. My Long Island Auto Find reviewI had a very specific need: Black 2006 Porsche Cayenne S with black interior. LI Auto Find happened to be one of 3 dealers within 500 miles to have this specific car and was only a few miles from where I live. The car was in very good condition with a few scratches. They did not try to give me the hard-sell. They knew the scratches bothered me and told me to go home and think about it. I called them a couple days later ready to buy the car. I was planning to offer the ask price less the cost to fix the scratches. Before I could offer that, Brian volunteered to have his guy fix the scratches free of charge. I agreed, and they did a professional job fixing them in no time. Regarding price, Auto Find was selling the car pretty much at the Kelley Blue Book value. I know I could’ve done a few hundred better at another dealer but because Auto Find was so convenient to where I live and work, it wasn’t worth the hassle, time and cost of buying elsewhere. I’ve had the car for 2 weeks now and it’s been performing perfectly. Despite my phobia of used car dealers, it was overall a surprisingly positive experience.

My Long Island Auto Find reviewI am typically a very hard sell, but honestly my experience with LI Auto Find has been nothing short of exceptional. The courteous staff was very flexible in working around my busy schedule in order to make this used car purchase possible. I had begun to work with a few dealerships prior to finding Auto Find and none of them worked out because they all required multiple appointments where I would have to come into their offices and have them sell me on something I didn’t want.
I had a completely different experience with Auto Find – the staff was non-abrasive and very accommodating. They truly understand that their customers are busy and need to work and don’t have time to come in for multiple visits. Everything was handled smoothly and I drove away in my good-as-new car in no time at all.
I will no doubt continue to use them for all of my car needs and would highly recommend them to anyone who would like great, hassle-free service and a beautiful new car!
