David spent a lot of time explaining things to us about the car. We did not get a price for what we were looking at so no promises were made. He was very nice, we have not bought a car yet.

You see this statement on Keys Lexus Website. They say is their passion to provide their customers with a world-class ownership experience, the truth is at first they do and than once you sign that contract that world class experience becomes a second class experience. When you are in the process of buys a Lexus with Keys Lexus at first they will tell you everything you want o hear which equals lies. They do not tell you the truth. My mom use to tell that the grass is not green on the other side, obviously that is true when buying or leasing a car from Keys Lexus. They do paint a very good picture. They must feel smart that they were able to deceive a twenty-year college student. When I first leased my first Lexus, I was in love it. It was a red IS 250 with light interior. This car drove so smoothly and it glided. I was proud to Lexus owner. However, looking back on it I realize that I was paying excessively too much for this car with the amount of money I paid down. You do not realize how bad things are until they get worse. I bet most of you are wondering what made me want to give up IS 250 for HS 250. At first, I was very hesitant to do so but I thought it was a good deal when I was told Keys Lexus would buy my first high school car, which was a 2004 Saturn Ion. I though it was good deal because I still owned money on they car and it was tough paying for two cars and two-car insurance. So I was told that they would pay half of what I own on my Saturn and had the rest to my new car so I said Okay because they were willing to give me more than my car was worth. However, I was never told that IS 250 was negative equity too. I was told that it was an even trade, since I was leasing the IS 250 with Keys Lexus anyway. I was told that the few scratches I had on my IS 250 were okay because they were not dents in the car. So I sign the contract because I though I was getting exceptional deal. However, it did not turn out that way. After I had signed the contract and drove off the lot with my brand new HS250, I started to realize that my new car drove more like a Toyota than a Lexus. My brand new car made the worst noise when driving it. It sounded like an airplane, taking off and landing. When an airplane the engine makes a loud noise and than when its landing it makes a loud whistling noise like a very strong wind. Well that is how the HS 250 sounds like when you are driving it. I was shocked to hear that noise because my previous car the IS 250 never made that type of noise, it was quit and smooth. This new car was loud and rough. Therefore, the exact next day I called Keys Lexus, spoke to my sales person Robert Field, and told him about the noise and that I hated the way the car drove. He told me to wait to bring it in when I came for Thanksgiving break. I am college student and my school is 120 miles from my house in Van Nuys. Therefore, I waited and when I went in on Wednesday, I was told that nothing mechanically was wrong with my car that just the way it was made. I was astonish I could not believe Lexus Cooperation would make a car that was so far from their luxury brand. This car did not drive or feel like a Lexus. It felt like very expensive Toyota. If I wanted, a Toyota I could have gone next door to Keys Toyota and bought a car probably for thousands cheaper. So I was told by my sales person that since there was nothing wrong with my car they could do nothing to help me unless I wanted to put more money down and have my monthly payments go up. And than I was told by Robert Field that if I would have brought my car back in the very next day that maybe they could have torn up my contract and got me back into an IS. I was shocked and mad because he was the one who told me to wait until I cam home to bring the car in. I now realize he was just doing that to make sure I was stuck in my contract. I quickly started to realize that this dealership did not car about its customers. All they see is money signs when customers walk in to their dealership. I quickly begin to find the truth about my contract with them. And when I went into to talk to the Finance department to ask them why my forty-four thousand dollar car turn out to be a fifty-one thousand dollar car I was talked to like I was child, I was yelled at and I was hang up on. They person who did this to me was AJ, he was the finance person who originally was there when I signed my contract. Therefore, he had lied to me twice. He told me the reason the car came up to fifty-one thousands was because of tax and license. So I believed and left his office but I decided to do more research and I learned that I was suppose to be charged tax and license until I decided to buy my car after my leases. When I called him (AJ) at Keys Lexus, he hangs up on me twice and refused to accept my calls. I took this as a confession of his guilt.
I am now stuck in a four-year contract with car I hate and with dealership, that treats people like shit (excuse my language). There is nothing I can do I just wish that others learn from my experience
