i purchased my range rover in aug 2010 with extended waranty in march of 2011 everything that could possibly go wrong went wrong i took my car to landrover when we contacted my extended warranty they claim of having no records of my warranty i contacted mikey and he told me he was going to take care of this a week later i had no responce from mickey left messages and none were returned i ended up fixing my car from my expence $4000 later still no word from mikey he even disconnected his business phone and changed his cell# so now i’m gonna take legal action this is poor clientel service!!!! shame on u exotic & unique i’ll see u in court mikey!!!!!
I purchased a 1999 Lexus GS 300 from Exotic and Unique Cars in 2005. It was not the original car we agreed on but Mikey swore he had a better car for me. I waited until night fall. They brought me a lexus that was “being detailed” by an outside source. I couldnt see all the flaws in the vehicle or outside of the vehicle due to the lack of light. When I finally got home to upstate N.Y. I decided to pull it into the garage where I noticed the hood was off balance. The paint was badly damaged from god only knows and I was over charged by Mikey which was not validated by the lender. He had me wait nearly 5 hours to get this car in the dark of course so I would not notice the damage. I took it into a body shop to see what it would cost to straighten the hood and the owner there said the car had been in an accident . The frame was bent and the rails were rigged back together. Thanks Mikey and Exotic & Unique Auto, that experience has made me alot wiser when purchasing a vehicle you scum bags! Karma is on its way I’m sure. I noticed someone else had complained and I wanted to share my story as well. P, Jones
i purchased a car in march ’08 and also an extended warranty for an additional fee. the transmission broke down in july ’08. when i contacted the warranty company about paying fopr the repair, it turned out, EXOTIC dealership never signed me up for the warranty. walter and mikey have assured me they would rectify the situation at once, i have called at least once a week, requesting my proof of warranty, and now, in december 2010, i still do not have the warranty i paid for. this is not only bad business and unethical but, in my opinion, a crime. 😡
sheri n here…..let me correct. car & warranty (for 36mos/38,500 mi) purchased in march ’08, transmission broke down july ’10.:mad:
