I had purchased a used Honda vehicle from this dealership with a known issue of Engine Light On. I was told by Amanda Nees (Sales Consultant) that if I purchase their extended warranty (with the most expensive plan), they would fix it for me as a complimentary service. After I finished purchase (both vehicle and warranty) she said that I have to pay a $250 deductible to get it fixed. Even later when I called up their service center, they said they cannot fix it for me and that the warranty would not work with them. I called up the sales and services again to ask for validity of warranty and they reassured that it is compatible with Honda dealership, Belle Tires etc. but I received a reject everywhere. So I decided to cancel the warranty. I came in contact with Joseph Shinishtaj who apologized and said he would get my refunds, which is approx half of what I paid in warranty. I never received the promised amount and on top of that, he has chosen not to reply via phone or email. Highly disappointed with this dealership. Very indecent, unprofessional.
