My Star Motor Cars reviewFirst walked into this dealership after learning it was the only Lotus dealer in the Houston area.
Walked around for 3 hours looking at Volvos, Mercedes, Aston Martins and the only two Lotus cars on site. It was empty. Not a single sales person approached or even greeted me. After approaching several different staff members, of whom none had any idea about the Lotus brand, or could direct me to anyone who did, I gave up and went home.

My Star Motor Cars reviewI took my car for regular oil change
(only 20000 mille) than i get recommendation from sales person to replace loose seat adjusting switch .(over $400 BILL)
after picking up my car and driving home i find out the key is ignition key is locked and is not coming out of ignition i called the dealer and took the car back
few hours later the dealer call me back with $800 repair authorization for switch ignition cylinder
they tell me that, they are not responsible for this repair because i spelled some kind of liquid in side ignition switch. and they can not explain how i could do that
they bring you in with cheep oil change but do not be full
they are really cheap inside and out

My Star Motor Cars reviewI took my car for a regular 30,000 mile service and what I got at the end of the day was a huge dent on the driver side door and the window of that side was also badly scratched. When I told the guy about it he blankly said it was there before.
I even talked to the manager who was very unprofessional and ill mannered he told me to go to a lawyer and they are not responsible for the misdemeanor.
