This dealership might be OK for sales but it sure leaves a lot to be desired for service. They put in an unneeded part–not once, but twice, and charged us for it. On the third trip they finally discovered a loose wire. Now we are trying to get a credit on our charge card and the dealership tells us that “you got new parts”. They did give us a small credit, but are way shy of the amount we should have gotten back for repairs that were done, but were unneeded. Plus, the car took over a week to get back the first time we took it in. They should be more than willing to credit our charge card.
Drove 40 minutes because I was told that my maintenence contract through Autonation would be honored. Just to pull in and told that they could service my car but I would have to pay out of pocket. Wasted my time… Don’t waste yours.
