awsome place to buy a vechicle traveled four hours away to purchase my 2009 ram dually would definitely do it again
would never purchase another vehicle from any of your dealerships again one bad experience was enough for me still making payments and had to rebuilt the motor and it has been sitting for a 1- 1/2 years because it is hard to make payments on the replacement vehicle and spent the money to rebuild the motor and make payments on two vehicles at the same time your dealership told me they changed the oil and filter so i drove it for 3000 miles before i had it changed and found metal filings in the motor only owned the vehicle for appox. 6 months but thank you for the $100.00 towards the vehicle engine rebuild it paid for nothing and i have asked you many times not to send me anymore emails that does not seem to compute with your company very good either
the only truthfull thing i was told at blaise was most used vehicles have been in a wreck.normaly i would think that was a lie ,but i think that might be true about the vehicles they sell.i should have known better after buying a new car from them that turned out to be a lemon. the second time blaise ripped me off, they sold me a flood damaged car, buyer beware!,after hurricane sandy the used car market will be inundated with flooded cars.sadly blaise will buy these vehicles at auction, for a few hundred dollars. then they will tell you your getting a great deal, because your paying two thousand less than kelly blue book.if you are considering a purchase from any blaise alexander dealership, make shure you take the vehicle to your mechanic.even have a new car checked out before you purchase one.my advice dont purchase anything at blaise alexander .they are master minipulators, and lying thieves.
car had tap in engine they said they checked it over and changed the oil i change mine every 3,000 mile they said the car had been sitting for a while noise was because of cold engine tap trusted them car has been sitting for 3 month because i don’t have the income to repair it fast they gave me 100.00 it had medal shavings in the oil when i had changed it has upper end engine problems
I have purchased from this dealership twice in the last 4 months due to the outstanding customer service. Every car on the lot has a sticker price on it. All are also available online for review with pricing ahead of time. I got a fair offer as a trade in on two vehicles and managed to negotiate above market value easily. Both sticker prices were well below normal market value. The first was $1700 below market and the second $2050 below market. I had to haggle once on each transaction to get those even further below price. In the end, I received financing (with a very good credit rating)at a rate that was far better than anything offered by any other lending institution I had contacted (and I did get estimates from a number of them before going shopping) and they got my payments below what I wanted them at, even after tax, title, license GAP and additional coverage was added. Easily the BEST dealership I have worked with since I bought my first car back in 1995.
Walked in looking for a used 2-3 year old SUV or crossover.
1. No prices on the cars in the lot – strike 1. Don’t jerk me around. Put the prices on the cars.
2. Went inside, got prices. On a few of the cars I was interested, I told the saleswoman that was out of my price range. She said, “Well, of course, we’ll work with you.” But she wouldn’t be more specific. Just jerking me around, avoiding a specific price. Strike 2.
3. Took a Jeep for a drive – driver side power window was messed up. Would false-trigger and go up or down halfway anytime I tried to use it. Obviously, they never test drove the car before they put it out there to sell. Strike 3.
The capper: I was interested in a 2003 Murano that they had on another lot. She took my name and number, and promised to have the car brought over for me to look at in a couple of days, and said she would call me. She never called. It’s been 2 weeks.
I already bought a car somewhere else.
Even if they sold the Murano, they should have called to tell me that.
Stay away. I’ve seen this kind of place before. Slippery, avoiding direct answers, not keeping promises, forgetting you as soon as you walk off the lot.
Final note, almost forgot. Every car in the place had a price that was a good $2,000 over the average NADA RETAIL price.
Paid $3000.00 to have car repaired in 2/2009. Had to return 5+ times and be towed twice due to the neglagance of there technicians who are under 20 years old. Took 5 weeks to get them to replace a hose that was damaged by there machanic. Tried to charge me $381.00 for parts they damaged. Was over charged for original repair. Not to be trusted.
