Unethical rip-off artists.
On the Texas Nissan of Grapevine website, they state “Remember, the price you see online is the price you’ll pay when you visit us in person – you can count on it!” That is a lie. $1,341.00 was added to the $9,000.00 advertised price of our used car for an “160-something-point” inspection (called “Dealer-Added Accessories: Reconditioning” on our invoice). We found out after several weeks of getting the runaround from our sales guy that this inspection was never completed.
After repeatedly requesting paperwork from our salesperson, and him finally admitting that the inspection was not done, he lied again and claimed that receiving our title and plates was dependent on the inspection, but “miraculously” we received both without it!
After this kind of dishonesty, we are not willing to bring our car back there for anything, and we just want the $1341.00 back for the inspection that was never completed.

Buyer Beware!
Texas Nissan of Grapevine admitted it was their fault for burning up our car after an oil change. What they didn’t do was make it right afterwards. The owner of the dealership laughed in our face after asking him to please make this right. The owner said he’s a business man and will not lose money on this and tried to sell us a car at full price with no discount. He had no remorse or care about the stress of having to purchase another car when we had ours almost paid off. We had to except the insurance money which didn’t even cover a good used car. Then that put us out thousands of dollars during the holiday season. The owner of Texas Nissan in Grapevine doesn’t care about his customers; it’s all about the money.
I do not recommend anyone going to this dealership due to their lack of integrity – Tam Phan the sales manager falsely quoted an MSRP of $59,000 for the vehicle we were looking at, lack of respect for my family’s and my time. We were there for 8+ hours. And lack of respect of our knowledge. The only reason we went to this dealership was because they are an “authorized dealer” thru the Sam’s Auto buying program. The vehicle we wanted was not in stock, the salesperson had it picked up from Clay Cooley. The numbers during the negotiations were not the numbers on the contract. They charged us for dealer add-ons, there are no dealer add-ons! Were coerced to purchase extended warranties for a lower interest rate. They did not provide a Monroney window sticker – ITS A NEW VEHICLE. We still don’t have a second key. We bought the vehicle on 7/29/17. The GM contacted us wanting to resolve our issues and has gone incognito. BUYER BEWARE!!! The customer service is poor, once the sale is complete and in our case – because we have some major complaints the texting stops and no calls are returned. Caryn the receptionist sounds inconvenienced when transferring calls to the GM or to someone else.
I have had my regular oil changes there three time now and am extremely pleased with every aspect, especially the service tech. I have also had repairs made and was completely satisfied. I highly recomend Texas Nissan of Grapevine for any servioe needed. Have not bought there but will on my next purchase.
I really enjoyed that everyone at the dealership was so helpful and I will definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.
Clinton Calhoun did an outstanding job in making this a great experience for us. Thank you all so much!
Everyone is very friendly and personable. Jeff did an excellent job! Easy to do business with an important consideration for the customer. Recommended to all!
The Finance Manager was polite and fair while working with us on receiving the best finance rate and the process was as short as possible. The sales guys were knowledgeable and respectful. Very satisfied with the service I received!
They answered all my questions without making me feel pressured in any way. I went in knowing what kind of car I wanted and what I expected to pay and they made it happen for me. I can honestly say Texas Nissan of Grapevine provided me excellent service and met and exceeded my expectations.
Having a dealership so close to me is a plus but having a well know dealership that gives remarkable service is WOW! I was quite impressed on how they made me feel like I was VIP.
Thank you Texas Nissan of Grapevine!!!
I have had the pleasure of working with Brad Ogle for several years now. This mad you can believe and trust. He’s a true professional and in my opinion one of the most valuable assets in Grubb’s service department. Richard Smith, Pete Hankins and Brad Ogle is the reason I continue doing business with Grubbs Infinity. They have gone way above their responsibilities to help me drive the car best suited for me!

I was treated very well at Grubbs Infiniti. I am pleased to have a dealer that takes such good care of my car. My experience was excellent and David Balthrop did an excellent job. Tim was absolutely wonderful! It took only 2 visits to close the deal from the time I walked in to the time I drove off the lot. In 2 visits, I was taken care of. His expertise, honesty and concern was appreciated. I shopped around at other Infiniti dealerships in the metroplex, including the one I purchased my first car from in 2005, and none of them gave me the customer satisfaction that Grubbs did.
Weight lifted off my shoulders
I am a business woman who needs some one else to take care of mishaps such as what happened to my vehicle. Having Nissan of Grapevine help me through my experience on 12/1 was a giant weight lifted off my shoulders. I went about my day knowing I was in great hands.
Texas Nissan of Grapevine listed a 2007 Altima 2.5S with 30k miles for $11,959 on various car shopping websites. We arrived at the dealership and test drove the vehicle. The salesman asked how much we would pay for the vehicle and we told him we would pay the asking price plus TTL. After playing the car sales shuffle, the salesman returned and told us they had $15,999 in the vehicle and if we bought it at that price the dealership would only make $15. I suggested that whoever is pricing the cars on the internet should be fired. After it was obvious to all concerned that we would not be purchasing this vehicle, the salesman tried to interest us in another car to no avail. I now know this is their way of doing business. As we were leaving, the salesman told me if I found another vehicle on the internet priced at their dealership to call him and he would tell me the real price. Their business practices may be legal, but I don’t see how they could be considered honest. I consider it to be false advertising. They can apparantly get by with it because of the fine print concerning dealer add-ons, certification, etc. Based on the CarFax report the dealership had installed floor mats, VIN etching, changed the oil and filter and lubed the chassis, and performed a state inspection. I will not be driving the 100+ miles to have this dealership raise the price on the car I’m interested in and then try to sell me one that I won’t even consider.
I have purchased several vehicles over the past 13 years and I must say this was the best service ever received. I originally chose this dealership because of this price I found online. Even though there was a local dealership closer to my house, I chose to drive 40 miles to Grapevine Nissan. After completing my purchase, I felt the drive totally worth it. Best dealership ever! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Nathan Glass especially!
My husband and I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. All seemed to go well until the car was supposed to be delivered. They kept our trade in and were 3 days late delivering the vehicle (after much prodding). When the vehicle arrived, it was without the keyless entry. It had one when we test drove it, but it was mysteriously gone. Multiple calls to the dealership made no progress and we were told “there is no way for you to prove it had a keyless entry when you test drove it”. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this dealership. They’re full of empty promises and have terrible customer service as soon as you drive off the lot. 🙁
Bought the 2010 Nissan 370Z from Sean couple of weeks ago at Texas Nissan of Grapevine and I’m still a satisfied customer. They still keep in touch with me even after my purchase to see if everything’s ok. Now that’s what I called great customer service!
Let me begin by stating that I am not angry. Just an ignorant, easily fooled buyer. I genuinely enjoyed the various personalities that I met at Texas Nissan, but I caught my salesperson in at least 2 outright lies. I said nothing, but focused upon my goal of getting a car. I was not pressured, however, there were a couple things that I completely missed in the dealings. There was a switch that occurred during my dealings that I completely missed until I got home and it was too late. The initial offer was made and included TTL and some other fee that they were so kindly deleting. I asked for a lower price. I barely got them to go down $500. They agreed, but then added the TTL and I just was so focused on the numbers that I missed it. I ended up paying MORE than their initial offer. I am just genuinely disappointed at the outright deceit and trickery. Who knows what else I agreed to that I should not have. I know that I should have taken a friend with me to help me not be fooled, but I honestly thought that I could handle negotiations. I do this all the time with my own job. I just did not know what scams to look for. If you are looking for an honest dealership – this is not it. They have great cars and great financing. But, you should only go if you are good with numbers and excellent at negotiating.
My aunt’s husband recommended me to Texas Nissan of Grapevine so I decided to check it out last week just to shop around. I was greeted by Johnny Martin, a pre-owned sales manager. He gave me all the information I need to know about purchasing a used car which I find extremely helpful and very well-prepared! He offered me a great deal on the 2009 Nissan Versa and I simply couldn’t say no! Thank you Texas Nissan of Grapevine for my 2009 Nissan Versa! I love it!
The manager Rock was extremely helpful with an issue. Also the receptionist Ashley was superb when I called! It was great I loved my new and car and all the employees at this dealership were very cooperative. I will see you all next time! Thank you!
Texas Nissan of Grapevine is a very nice and honest dealership. After a quick review of our needed options and budget we were able to come up with we thought was a fair price on a Nissan Maxima. There is a large inventory of new and used cars to choose from so my suggestions are if you looking to buy a car then Texas Nissan should be one of your stops.
I have been services my car at Texas Nissan in Grapevine for two years now and every visit has been easy and painless. The service department is wonderful in making out Nissan run like new. The price is average but it is fast and reliable place to take you car. They are sure to explain what each service entails and what exactly has been done and what will need to be done in the future. It is a lot to say good things about a dealership service department due to their reputation but I can truly tell you that I was impressed. Thank you so much team and I will see you next time!
When we first drove in, there was a group of salesmen, all waving for us to pull over. That was alarm bell #1 – it felt like we were being swarmed by piranhas. But, we drove past the creepy waving salesmen, and parked to look for the car we were interested in. Before driving to the dealership, we had called to make sure they still had the car we were looking for. We gave them all of the relevant information (VIN, stock #, make, model, color and year, etc) – we were assured that it was still on the lot. When we got there and could not find it, we went inside to find the salesman we had spoken to on the phone. He had another salesman pull around “the car” we had called about.
After looking at the car, my husband realized it was not the same car – it was similar, but not the same one (we had already done our research on the car: NADA, KBB, CarFax, etc) – alarm bell #2. When we asked the salesman about this, he disappeared and the original salesman came out. He began by telling us we did not give him all of the information, but then to prove his point, he pulled out his notes from the call – the VIN, stock number etc, were all right there. He still denied that we had given him the information, and tried to pressure us into buying the car he had pulled around for us to look at – alarm bell and strike #3.
We were not comfortable dealing with someone who had purposefully mislead us and had deceived us just to get us on the lot. We walked away and eventually found a wonderful, honest, low-pressure dealership that we bought from, even though it was farther away. (Lightning Motorsports in Grand Prairie).
