The sales department has not nthe issue, its the service department. We have had a 2009 Santa Fe inn for the same problem now 4 times i got told today that the sunroofs leaks an thats the way it is an there is nothing that they atre willing to do about it as of today. When you get that type of responce from the service manager jordan this will be the last time i have service done at this shop
I can’t remember my service techinicians name. However, he was not the problem. Brett Edwards, the service manager was rude and definately arogant. If I didn’t know better I would have thought the kid owned the dealership. I will not bring my automobile back there. It was a simple fix that took too long. I thought I would talk to the service manager. He certainly didn’t care. I knew Dave Edwards from 20 plus years ago…if this kid is related he isn’t anything like Dave. Take some lessons in humility Brett!
The sales department was just fine. After that it was terrible. when I went to get the paper work done. I was sold a mantinenance policy. It was pretty expensive and I asked if it could be cancalled. I was told I had thirty days. I went home and after reading the contract I decided it had to many unclear words that led me to believe this was not for me. I cancalled the contract and I spent 40 min. being grilled as to way I did not buy. I started crying and left the office and said I an done. Finaly this manger re3lented anf we concluded the deal. As I received a loan that did not require me to turn the title over to the lender I asked for th;e title and they said it would take thirty and I asked why an;d the answer given to me was to protect from fraud. So again I started a melt down/ and he said you really want the title and I said yes. I did receive the title. The last part of this transaction was they asked if I wanted a normal tile or exempt title. I thought expemt meant it 3was because I bought awheel chair van that was specially equipped. I said I did not care and they gave me a exempt title. When I went to liscense the car they told me with a exempt title the odometer certification was not valid. they advertised the vehicle at 5o.000 miles. So when I go to sell the car I people are going to question the legtamcy of the millage. Apparently on vehicle over 10 years old they do not have to report mileage. I belive what they did was deceptive. So fair warning to all be very very wary when they over any serivce contracts and if you buy a older car over ten yars make sure they mark the true mileage on the title not just on a odometer cert
This dealership is shady. I will never buy from them again. They lie about everything. 😡
My neighbor bought a new Subaru from this dealership and recommended me to work with the internet dept and Todd. I went in looking for a new Impreza. Todd gave me all the options and did the test drive. They didn’t have the color I wanted, so they offered to go get it. I was a little concerned they would try to raise the price, but they gave me the same price they quoted on one for their lot (they already discounted it). I did all the paperwork, and in 2 days, Todd dropped the car off at my house! I was a little surprised they would do that. Plus, my neighbor got a check yesterday for $100 referring me (that’s why i decided to write this).
I am a small down guy who generally thinks everyone is honest and trustworthy. Got wrapped up in the long process of buying a new car and didn’t examine the documents before signing. I purchased a car that has a list price of approximately $22,000.00 for approximately $30,000.00.
Received very good service up until the point we drove the car off the lot. After this it was a battle to get anything done.
I had the excise tax financed into the loan, upon receiving my check to pay for the taxes they shorted me approximately $180.00 that was included in the loan. I have yet to get this MISSING money.
Had an option installed by their service department, they did a terrible job (steering column falling apart) and upon picking the car up and I pointing this out told me to make another appointment for it.
In short I was taken advantage of due to my own ignorance because I trusted them to do the right thing, which they did the exact opposite.
I have been looking around for a new Hyundai for a long time on the internet. I started talking to the salesman on the Internet which was very helpful. When i walked in i was greeted quickly and the store had what i wanted. i feel i got a great deal on the car and would buy again from the store.
