Bought a Chrysler Aspen from the Chrysler store. We were told the owner was driving it and removed the rear seat DVD head phones and remote so his kids wouldn’t damage them. So these items weren’t in the vehicle. They couldn’t find them the day we purchased the Aspen. The salesman, salesmanager and the their finance person all promised to send them to us. That was 4 Months ago!! They won’t send them to us or return my calls!! I had to buy them from another dealer!! I would say Uftring auto group’s cusomer satisfaction is the worst in the industry. I wouldn’t buy a wheel barrow from them!!
Since this review was written, Uftring Auto Group has called and apologized for the slip up. They have reimbursed me for the cost of the head phones and remote for the DVD player for my Aspen. I am very happy with the way Uftring Auto Group handled this issue.:D
