My experience was excellent from beginning to end. Jackie was my salesperson; very knowledgeable, has been in the business a long time, eager to help me but also very matter of fact, not trying to wheel and deal with me, made me comfortable, not pushy, just enough follow up and communication to show she was actually working with me. I came and went a couple times and had multiple phone conversations with her and the financial office before settling on a car. She was professional and worked very hard to figure out what I needed and what things were important to me, continually making suggestions until we found what met my needs in a car and a price. I also worked with Dave in the financial office – again very professional and worked hard to get me a good interest rate and to the payment I needed as well as making suggestions about things that could be beneficial for me without being pushy. I never felt like he or Jackie had any kind of agenda. I wanted to buy a car, they wanted to sell me one – yes, but they were friendly, conversational, understanding, and patient (while I emailed my boyfriend about details before signing the paperwork!). I never felt rushed and it was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Jackie took a lot of time to review all the features of the car with me. All in all was a great experience. I am a local Delray Beach resident and buying a car in my town at a dealership that felt local to me was great. I would recommend this dealership as well as Jackie and Dave to anyone. And I love my new 2015 Hyundai Sonata!

My experience overall was very good. Steve helped me and has since gone out of his way to make sure I am happy with my purchase. He was very gracious in accommodating the way I wanted to handle business and was not off put by any of my many questions and concerns before the purchase. They worked well with me getting a good price for my trade in and was a pleasure to do business with. No shady dealings or hidden fees, Will buy my next Hyundai from them again.

These guys are the stereotype scumbag used car salesmen. Stay away. I called them in the morning around 9am to inquire about a specific vehicle. I told them that I would be driving nearly 150 miles to view the vehicle and that I was interested in purchasing it. I asked them to email me the CarFax report as well. So I left the house and began driving, and when I received an email from them that didn’t include the CarFax report, I called them back to tell them I was en route, and would they please send the CarFax report. An hour and a half later, I received the CarFax report as I was nearing their location, except it was for a vehicle that was a year older than the one I inquired about, a different model base, and had 40,000 more miles. Clearly, a huge difference at least they were from the same manufacturer in the same color. He pointed to it right outside his window and asked me if I wanted to go take a look at it. Not only was it the wrong car, but without having had the opportunity to review the CarFax I immediately noticed the hood was curled on the front right, the fender was dented in where it met the hood, and the bumper skirt had a panel gap up to one inch wide. I commented that it had been in an accident on the front right side, and his response was “Oh I see you got the CarFax! Well those guys did a really good job cleaning it up, you really can’t tell it’s been in an accident.” I told him this wasn’t the car I inquired about, and asked where the correct car was. Apparently, they had sold it about an hour earlier.
Left a deposit for a new car but, decided to buy elsewhere because they gave a substantially better price.Refused to give my deposit back after telling me the deposit was fully refundable.
