These guys do not take care of you after the sale! I bought a car through Herb Easley and the Finance guy hard sold me an extra warranty policy. I told him I didn’t want an aftermarket warranty because of the bad things I heard about them. He told me that this warranty was “the good one” and that it was endorsed by GM. He went on to say that “they don’t give you a hard time on claims, they authorize GM parts etc”. I ended up buying it for $1850. The one and only time I tried to use the warranty, the Herb Easley service lady was rude to me and told me I had to authorize paying $1100 teardown cost before they would determine if the warranty would cover the issue. I declined to authorize the $1100 and asked them to pull my car back around. Then they tried to charge me $100 before I could get my car back even though they had not touched the car with any tool. The warranty turned out to be garbage so I asked the finance guy who sold me the warranty to help me. He said that he would call his rep at Warranty solutions. He took my phone number and promised to call me back that day or at the latest the next day. One week later I still had no call. I ended up cancelling the warranty to at least get a partial refund but I am still out hundreds of dollars. I will never buy a car from Herb Easley again and I recommend that you don’t either.
