These people are liars and cheats. they tell you what they think you want to hear in order to make a sale. I ordered a raptor 6 weeks ago after putting a $2,000 deposit down, with the promise of getting it in 6 to 8 weeks. It has now been 6 weeks and they haven’t even put the order into ford. I called and asked what was going on and they acted like they didn’t care or like my business mint nothing to them. Brian Caccavari the salesman told me lies the entire 6 weeks that I would be next in line or that it would only be a week longer but when I talked to his manager Mike Kitsmiller and told him the time frame the salesman told me, he called me a liar and told me I herd wrong. he insulted my character and talked to me like I was beneath him. I was going to buy a $65,000 truck from them but I wouldn’t give them one red cent now. AVOID BRIAN CACCAVARI. and FORD OF ORANGE!!!!!!!

My David Wilson's Ford of Orange reviewThis place fits every scam in the auto trade book. I dont know how Ford has not yanked their dealership out from under them. I purchased a 2011 Ford Flex from them with a sticker price of 43,000 dollars and traded in a 2008 Subaru Impreza WRX that was flawless. They told me they would give me what I owed on the subaru which was 17,000 and they would give me the car for 41000. We had to fight with them for four hours about the contract and walked out once. They lied to us so much it was ridiculous. Even the finance guy Gene was a liar. I just found out today that they switched the contract in our paperwork and screwed me again for 1,300 dollars more. So after my 5,000 dollar down and my Subaru I still owe 43,000 dollars on the car. when they told me I would owe 41,000. Watch out these guys are huge scammers, make the drive to Raceway Ford so you can get treated like a human being.

My David Wilson's Ford of Orange reviewThey asked for my keys to look at the mileage on our possible trade in and I gave them my spare set. They neglected to give us back our keys and my wife and I left the car lot without them. We went back to get them and they gave us the run around and said they would look for them later. We insisted that they return our keys now. Things got ugly, we called the Orange Police. They could not make them give our keys back. The police said that they are “A-holes” and that we should report them to as many places as possible.
