My Dave Mungenast Alton Toyota Dodge reviewthe absolute worst rating. the absolute worst service. I called the day before asking to make sure that they could handle my tire lock on my lexus. i was told to bring the car in the next day. i agreed to purchase a new tire and was told it could be done immediately. two hours later they approached me to tell me that my wheel lock could not be opened (really? it had taken two hours to figure that out?). So i left without a new tire, the lock i had asked about and was assured could be opened, still not. nothing had been done and i had wasted two hours.
the whole business is at best incompetent and borders on a scam. do not get your car serviced here and do not buy a car from them. you will be disappointed.

My Dave Mungenast Alton Toyota Dodge reviewDon’t think that Mungenast is any different from your average hole-in-the-wall ripoff dealer. You’re going to need to know your car, get it inspected by an independent third party, and get all the reports on it you can find (CarFax) because they make no effort to make sure the car you take off their lot is in the condition you’re paying for. You’re better off buying another POS for a cheaper price elsewhere.
And when you take your “new to you” car in to see what’s wrong with it you’re not going to get anything other than some wasted time. The first time in the shop they claim to have not known about all of the issues I mentioned and thus didn’t check them all. The second time they found nothing wrong. The third time they claimed to have fixed the issue, but it returned a month later.
BUYER BEWARE, nor would I recommend the repair shop as they’re either incompetent or dishonest.
