My Criswell Honda reviewI wanted to take a moment to commend to your attention young new car salesman that sold us two Honda vehicles this past week, Kwame “KO” Odum. My wife and I have previously purchased two other Honda vehicles at this location over the past seven years and we returned last week to explore purchasing a FIT. We ended up buying a Van and a CRV. Your price was reasonable under USAA buying program but what sealed the deal was the superior professionalism of Mr. Odum. He was helpful, patient and about all else personable with the “typical” false kindness the car dealer profession has been known by the public.
In all my dealings throughout my life time I have never come across a more pleasant and honorable sales person. Mr. Odum sets a standard with dealing with the public that the Criswell Corporation should be proud of and others should emulate. I am not certain how long Mr. Odum has been at your dealership but I am confident that he is one of your greatest assets.
While I know customers fill our feedback card I felt it was important enough to tell you via an old fashioned letter of appreciation what an outstanding employee you have in Mr. Kwame Odum.

What makes it even better is I got off work at 7:00am, arrived there and was at home by 8:05am which is great. I was completely satisfied with my service advisor. He touched on all of my concerns I had with the vehicle and performed a walk around inspection with me at the time of the write up. My Criswell Honda reviewI totaled my 2004 Honda Accord a couple weeks ago and unfortunately did not have full coverage insurance so Allstate did not give me much to work with. Working on a budget and with no car to trade in I went shopping for a decent car that wasn’t going to break my pocket book. My credit like most people is not great and figured the dealerships would treat me like crap when they saw my report. My cousin had told me about a Honda dealership in Germantown which is about an hour or so from where we in Hampstead, but that they would give me a good deal and work with me with my credit approval.
I worked with Jason at Criswell Honda and he got me in a 2007 Honda Civic that I actually really liked! Jason spent some time with the finance manager and contacting a few banks in the area in order to get me approved for a loan. They even detailed the car while I was waiting to get approved for the loan! Super pleased with Criswell, I recommend them to anyone just ask for Jason. 😀

My Criswell Honda reviewLong story short: had a fixed price offer and financing set through my bank. Criswell Honda told me I was required by federal law to fill out the dealership fnancing request. The salesman said it was mandated by the Patriot Act.
Unfortunately for Criswell Honda, I am a lawyer. I knew they were full of it and refused. Still, what should have been a very quick experience (fixed price, check in hand, no test drive, etc.) became a four-hour ordeal as first the salesman and then the finance manager tried every trick in the book to get me to apply for financing.
I had to leave the dealership twice (they called me back both times) before I was finally able to buy my car at my fixed price.
The dealership was clean and I can’t comment on how their sales staff is on other issues but I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there simply because of the incredibly hard-sell I got on the dealer financing issue (it was probably the only way they were going to turn any sort of profit on the car).
Well three years later and I’m happy to report they are still doing the same thing. They took it a step farther with me by lying to me (several times) including telling me that my outside financing ‘wouldn’t work’. It was a horrible experience; no doubt I will regret it for many years & many thousands of dollars.

My Criswell Honda review:)Criswell is a good place to shop for a new Honda. I have purchased several vehicles from Criswell and I have always found them willing to offer a competitive price, fair trade-in values, and solid financing. Additionally, the Criswell facility is clean and spacious. I have never known Criswell to attach an extensive dealer add-on sticker for numerous over-priced items like other local Honda dealers. I would recommend anyone interested in a new Honda to visit Criswell. One thing to be aware of is Criswell does not usually provide a price by email. Usually I avoid such dealers as often that indicates the dealer will not offer the best overall deal. However, Criswell has always beat any deal (price + trade-value + financing) I was able to negotiate at any other dealer. As a Honda fan, I advise caution when dealing with either College Park Honda and Ourisman Honda as I have found their deals to be significanly worse than the deals which can be found at Criswell.;)

My Criswell Honda reviewWent to Criswell Honda when I was looking for a Ridgeline. I did a lot of research on the internet before I walked in the door. I wanted a truck, and also looked at the Toyotas. But when I got to Criswell Honda, I could not pass up the deal I got. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was and how helpful the salesmen were that helped me. They had the truck right there on the lot that I wanted. How refreshing! It was a great experience at Criswell Honda….hope you try them too.
Suvin was fantastic! I walked into the dealership as they were closing one evening and Suvin stayed late to discuss the car I was looking for and also let me test drive. Although I didn’t buy that night, Suvin was available by phone to answer all my questions. Suvin worked very hard to get me a good price for my trade and also worked the deal on my new purchase with one of the managers, Esteban. The whole process was great; no pressure at all. I received a good value for my trade, wonderful service, and a great deal on my new purchase. I highly recommend working with Suvin. You wont be disappointed.
