When I was at the dealership I never intended to purchase a car.. Sam introduced him self the minute I walked into the dealership and made sure I was comfortable and was just the friendly guy I have ever talked to.. He didnt pressure me to look at any cars it hardly seemed if he was a salesmen at all he acted more like a friend. 😀 He pratically held my hand through the entire process always making sure I was happy. And your receptionist was so sweet. she talked to me when I know she may have had other things to do, and seemed genuinly interested in all my stories… haha.
I went WAY out of my way to give these guys my business and it was worth it! I emailed back and forth for a few days to hammer out the details before I finally went in for a test drive. I traded my old truck in and they were very fair and gave me more than I expected on trade in. All in all it was a very easy experience.
I cannot believe I actually enjoyed buying a car!!! That does not happen to women, unless maybe if someone else is paying for it and there is no $ limit. For for those of us with very little funding and no patience, the day we have to face replacing our vehicle is one of agony and dread. Alex was not only helpful and pleasant, he could actually hold a conversation without a sales agenda! These guys know what they are doing, they know how to be helpful without being pushy, and they know to LISTEN to their customers. I love my new “pre-owned” Nissan and I don’t even dread the day it has to go in for service.
Tom was rude and opinionated. He would not lift a finger to help in anyway and acted like it was a major inconvienace to even take my offer to the manager. They sold me this car on price only and I had second thoughts about backing out of deal because of how I was being treated. After the sale they had me make an appointment to pick the car up. I still had to wait in line for 1.5 hours for “my appointment” then all the paper work was screwed up because the salesman would not return any calls and gave the finace people the wrong info. They then tryed to sell me an extended warrant for $3,600 for only 30,000 mile of coverage. Hiding it in a slick sales presentation that would only cost you $6 a payment more. Don’t Fall For It! It will cost you $3,600 and the factory warranty is good for 70,000 miles, leaving only 30,000 that needs coverage. The car was not ready when they said it would be. They delivered the car with less that a gallon of gas, late and the salesman was no where to be found with my second set of keys. Then 3 weeks later, when I am reviewing the sales contract, I find that they keep the $500 retainer. I had to go to the dealership to confront them before it was returned.
I will never set foot in Wayzata Nissan again! I normal enjoy the car buying experiance, but this was the worse most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. BUY FROM MILLS IN WILLMAR. Great Company!
I shopped around for basic maintenance costs for my 2003 Nissan Altima and found Wayzata Nissan to have the lowest prices and easiest people to work with.
Got the price off the internet (shopped around and found Wayzata Nissan to be the best deal). They had the car instock, my price quote was honored and I signed on the dotted line. Doesnt have to be any harder than this.
I brought my car in to Wayzata Nissan from a Nissan dealership in Brooklyn Park. I was very frustrated that Morries Nissan had charged me a lot of money and could not get the problem fixed after two weeks. Wayzata Nissan had the vehicles fixed the same day and I have not had a problem since. I would stronly recomend them.
