I regret ever buying a car from this dealership. I was quoted one price and when I went in to sign the paperwork they wanted over $65.00 more tacked on per month For A Lease!!! I told them that the deal is off and I picked up my keys to leave. The rude financial manager kept pushing me to settle & or put more $$ down. I to this day wish I did walk. I had an automatic starter in my car which I mentioned post quote price. I said I was going to have it removed at the place where it was installed. I was told by the salesman that was not necessary because they would swap it out when I came to pick up the car. Wish I had seen the signs before. Once I argued about the price and was able to get it down lower I went over to my salesman who said it cannot be done. I said that I would rather pick it up another day so I can have it removed. He said he understood the importance of my having one because it was a gift and only installed 5 mos prior. As we were switching cars again before leaving I said they can take it to xyz place where it was installed and I can have the guy remove it. They said it would not fit in the new vehicle and again he would make sure I received one. 2wks later I received a call from the finance manager who said I needed to come in and sign a new document for the bank. I did not return his call mostly because my son was with me and he acted as if he was an annoyance. Spraying deodorizer as soon as my son finished his doritos. My son is learning disabled and was appalled at what he did. Not to mention the fat sob would not answer when my son spoke to him. So wishing I had walked out and told them to take there car and shove it, I had faith in the fact that I would have my starter replaced. As for now I am in a car that they desperately need a signature for Lets see how they feel waiting for something very important to them. I did file a complaint with Nissan headquarters and filled them in on all the times I left a msg and was told a manager would contact me & never bothered. And the fact that the receptionist was incredibly rude and the snyde comment she made before hanging up. The thing that has left me to go to the next extreme was the fact that when the manager got on speaker phone while in the financial mngr office and said you were not going to get the starter because it would have decreased the value of the car. Did he forget that the car was estimated without them knowing about the starter. Not too mention they only obtained my payoff amount at the bank and took that number to pay off the loan. They are the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I am not giving up especially since they took that starter for their resale value. I form now on am going to read reviews prior to any future purchase.
I went there three weeks ago and I will never go back. They are rude if you do not buy a car right away and will call to bother you about buying a car. I put a hold payment on a car three weeks ago and have been emailing and calling. I have not received a refund and the salesperson told me to pump my breaks about it. They are rude and do not care about the customer. I will never buy a car from here and I will discourage people from going here.
Run Away from these Scam artist and crooks. Check the BBB website and you’ll see what I mean completes hacks.Dealership and Sales man Gus sold us a 2002 Alitma and took our deposit When we came back to get the car we were told we needed a larger down payment. We were then shown a 2006 Jeep and over the course of 2 weeks 3 other cars.We called and spoke to a Manager and were told a refund would not be a problem. After 3 days of waiting for our funds to be returned we received another call from Gus asking again if we can come with more money and pay a higher monthly payment to which I declined repeatedly. Finally after 2 weeks I had had enough and demanded my money back. The response from Gus was he would have to speak to his Manager who would not be in till Monday. The sales process at this Dealership is a shame. They advertise low prices but every car I saw was over priced and loaded with extras like gap coverage. Then the salesman can never tell you the price of the car. Do you really expect me to buy a car and I don’t know the price. This is a Warning Stay far Far Far away from this dealership.Gus and his Manager up to the Owners are crooks. If I don’t wanna buy a car from you I don’t have to
I would like to disregard my previous review. I am very pleased with my purchase. I had a few issues but they were resolved in a professional manner. I got into a brand new truck regardless of my credit problems. And I would recommend this dealership 100%
They were very friendly unti I gave them a deposit 12,000 dollars for a nissan pathfinder. I agreed to pay 35,700 kelly blue book fair price for the truck. They promised I could drive off the lot that day. I told him to double check he said yes. I gave the deposit in cash. Within one min the sale rep came back and said I am not going to be able to drive off the lot. I came in today to pick up the truck. They informed me that the price is 38200.00 not 35,700 (the price I agreed to ) and that the contract I signed would not hold up in court and refused to give me my deposit back. This is more then this model is worth. I did not agree to this and they had my 12 grand. The employees were very rude. Two of them yelled at me because I was stating I did not agree to this unfair price. They said the price is not going to change and refused to refund my deposit. DO NOT GOTO COUNTY LINE NISSAN THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!
I WOULD LIKE TO DISREGARD MY PREVIOUS REVIEW. THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP 100%
1. I purchased a 06 Pathfinder in sept 09, less than a year later I took the car in for manufacturer recall on the gas reader only to pick up the car with the very same problem (even worst); it took me six trips back to the service center and a case with comsumer protection to get this fixed.
2. I paid off the loan 1 year after and have been trying to cancel a gap insurance they sold me ever since. The gap insurance company said I have to cancel through the dealership and after four faxes, 2 drop offs of the payoff letter and formal request for this to be cancel, it is still not done. I cannot believe that this company is allow to exist.
Back alley, low class, unethical, high pressure, “tell you what they think you want to hear”, and then harrass you at home until you tell them to “NO” a thousand times!:devil(
Not to mention the underhanded “screw :devil(em out of as much money as possible” attitude!
I wouldn’t buy dirt from these people if it were filled with GOLD!
RUN, RUN as fast as you can and don’t EVER hand a dime!
These guys give “used car salesman” a bad name, and that aint easy!!!!
RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Everyone below has said it for me. Disgusted. How they’re still in business is beyone me.
Like many of the postings, my experience with this dealership has been extremely negative. This dealership has been mis-representative and dishonest in most of it’s dealings. I purchased a new 2010 vehicle from them and have had numerous problems in only the few months that I have already owned this vehicle. They display no interest in making things right with the customer.
I am considering filing a claim against this dealership and would be interested in collaborating with others who have had similar problems with this business. Please respond to [email protected] if you would like to share your experience.
Let’s hold this company accountable and make them feel the effects of continually ignoring the voice of the customer!
I am soooo mad at the way this dealership treat customer, I was just online looking at how I can file a complaint aboout this place!
I just had a chance to write this review today altho my experience with them happened back in 1998. I was a new immigrant back then and I was just planning to lease this Nissan Quest from them. The sales agent told me that my monthly lease will be $209/mo which i agreed, but when I talked to the loan officer he told me to put down $4,000 cuz I dont have credit history, though confused and thinking i need a car to go to work, I gave them my entire savings. I could not sleep that night, feeling I was misled I went back to them with my sister to ask if I could purchase the car instead so that the $4,000 will go as downpayment. But their response? I am old enough and should know before signing a contract. Since then, I’ve been praying for them, THAT A BAD KARMA WILL COME UPON THEM.
these people are a piece of work. Let just say I am planning on filling a claim against them and I can’t reveal too much right now. But what they was dishonest and possible illegal. I would “NOT” recommend them to my worst enemy!!!
Ok so here was my experience. I had contacted this dealership to ask about a car I had seen online. The lady on the phone was very nice and set me up with a time to come in and speak with her and see the car. So I call the day of, having thought a lot about the decision and unsure if I could keep the appointment, she told me that they where having a huge sale in which many cars where up to seventy percent off, which was also stated on their radio advertisement.
So I decide to go, what did I have to loose? I get in at the time I said I could, and I was transferred to anothers sales rep. As soon as we sat down, he told me that the 70% off thing was bogus, and that he had no clue who told me that. So I told him that I only wanted to spend 250 a month on a car payment with a trade in, and he left me for 10 minutes while he found a car that was suitable. So he came back and told me he had an 06 chevy colbalt with 60,000 miles for 13,000. My girlfriend had to laugh at this. What a rediculous quote! So I decided to at least take a look at it. Well the interior was beat to hell, as well as a ton of rust on and around the rims and calipers. So I told him that 13,000 was too steep, and wouldn’t you know, he just said ok thanks for coming and walked away… Not even an attempt to reach a deal. He gave me attitude the whole time like i was a waste of his time, then when i told him as he walked away that i didn’t appreciate the attitude he didnt even turn to apologize. Then i tried to call the woman with whom i had the appointment in the first place, who as it turns out was the sales manager. Well after three calls of her not picking up i left a message. Here it is five days later an still no response. WOW DO NOT… I REPEAT… DO NOT GO HERE!!!! And I just looked and that car was gone… some poor person actually bought it… 🙁 sooooo sad.
Purchased an ’09 Sentra. When I drove the car, the floor mats were in the trunk. When I went to pick it up, they were missing. I was assured by the sales rep that they would be in by Thursday (this was a Monday). No call Thursday – went in Friday and they still didn’t have them. I was then told Tuesday or Wednesday latest. Called Tuesday and they still didn’t have them and they had no idea when they would be in, so I asked for a temporary set of mats that I could have until the correct ones came in. When the sales guy said that they didn’t have them, I told him to go to the store and buy a cheap set, which I would return once the right ones came in. He wouldn’t do it so I called Nissan. They gave me another date and assured me that they would be in on that day. I will have to wait another week to see.
Nissan agreed that I was not treated well, but would not help further because they are an independently owned dealer
I bought a cheap set of 4 mats to hold me over until mine come in – These guys just lost any future business from me for $10.59 – I also made sure that I told other people that I know that are looking for cars that their customer service is not good.
You can go to any Nissan dealer to buy a car – don’t go to these guys
I can not believe how many bad reports are on here for this dealership and I missed.. i feel like such an a**. It is so true what everyone is writting. My husband went to this place to buy a used Mercedes. They gave us this young salesman who claimed to be a wounded war veteran to close the deal.. we fell for it and figured this guy would not lie to us. we winded up buying the car and boy were we wrong! after spending $1000 in repairs and only receiving 1 key that we were promised that the other will be arriving shortly. after several phone call, people and promises they basically dont want to help us. I WOULD NEVER recommend this place.. i have a heart unlike these thieves
We had bought a car from them before and had no problems. Then we bought a brand new top of the line Buick Rendezvous. After only a few months of ownership, we had a problem with the emergency brake light coming on/off. We brought it in to them, and they told us that we must have been driving with the brake engaged “for days”and had worn out the pads and rotors. They wanted to charge us about $400 to replace them. We refused, telling them that it was under warranty and if the emergency brake was defective, and it ruined the brake pads then GM should fix them. There was no way the brake was fully engaged without us knowing it. They fixed the brake light, but we refused to let them fix the brakes. When we took the car to someone else to have the brakes looked at, they had no idea what we were talking about! The brakes were absolutely fine and did not need any work!! When we called County Line back they said it must have been a “misunderstanding”. they totally tried to rip us off for $400 worth of repairs that were totally unnecessary. We refused to deal with them ever again.
Recently we went to trade in that same Rendezvous, and discovered that County Line had taken off the original factory aluminum wheels and replaced them with steel wheels. We never realized that aluminum was part of the original package, and didn’t realize they had switched them on the lot. We lost $500 dollars on our trade because of the switch. They are just so dishonest!!!The Chevy dealer told us that County Line had a bad reputation with other dealers. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE TOTALLY UNETHICAL IN CONSUMER DEALINGS.:devil(
My wife and i went to county line nissan looking to purchase a used vehicle to replace my truck. We were looking for something more for a family cause my wife is pregnant. So we find a car we like we said MANY times they we were not interested in buying a car that day and they just kept hounding us with new prices and trying better deals, so they finally knocked off 4000 dollars off the vehicle, so we caved in (which we should have not) and put a deposit down on it. The next day my Brother in-law (who is also a car salesman) looked the car up and found that it was worth 10,000 dollars less then what they wanted to sell it to me for. So we went back to CL trying to get our deposit back (cause the day that we put the deposit down they said they LEGALLY can not keep our deposit)we talked to this arrogant moron bill and he kept trying to sell us a car instead of giving our deposit back, but he would not give it back. I highly recommend not doing business with these jackasses. THEY ARE CROOKS
