My Koeppel Mazda reviewI was given a coupon for a free oil change for my MAZDA. Since this car was recently serviced I called twice to see if I can use this coupon for my Honda Accord. Both times the receptionists (one who identified herself as Felicity), after consulting with their boss, offered me appointments to honor that oil change coupon for my Honda Accord. I accepted an appointment for today 10/25/2011. After spending my precious time to bring in my car at 6:30AM, the Service Manager refused to honor that coupon.
Shame on him and shame on Koeppel Mazda. Do not take your car there for servicing. These are a bunch of dishonest people.

My Koeppel Mazda reviewSecond time I have gone to this dealer in the last 6 years. First time was to lease a Mazda 3 and this time for a Mazda CX9. Effectively as long as you do your research and tell them what your expectations are they have have delivered both times.I prefer the online dialogue rather than face to face as there is little or no pressure. Once finalised over the net in writting we then went in to sign and pickup the car.
They are hassle free, low pressure dealership. I have read reviews about them to the contrary but my 3 experiences have been more than great. In fact a recommended a work colleague to them 3 years ago and she also purchase a mazda from them.
