I bought a sportage from the dealership after my car died on me two days before my wedding. Joe sold me a 67,000 mile car under the pretense that the kia package was 100000 mi bumper to bumper warrenty for all cars. I bought the car and found out six months later that I never was given the warrenty because it doesn’t exist, you have to buy a added on warrenty for an additional price. When I talked to the manager about it I found out that Joe was fired and there was nothing in writing that covered the warrenty of the car.(I had never even thought to ask for it because I was told that it came with the car!) When I addressed that a salesperson pretty much lied to me repeatedly about what I was buying the general response from the general manager Ryan Meek was that it wasn’t his problem and that he was covered with the paperwork. I never have been treated so badly before! I left in tears because not only was I lied to six months ago but now I’m stuck with a older car that isn’t covered and I have to pay around a grand for something that I was already told I had. Ryan Meek, the general manager never even apologized for the situation that his sales person put me in! Instead of at least treating me like a human being he was very smug in the fact that he wasn’t held liable to what happened and dismissed me and my husband. If they did it to me they have done it in the past and they may do it to you so I would avoid buying anything from this dealership!!!!
