My Michael Stead Jeep Chrysler reviewI have purchased multi vehicles from MichaelStead over the years, new and used. Most recently I purchased a Jeep Cherokee.
Unfortunately this company has a terrible finance department… their negligence resulted in me missing my first payment and my credit getting tarnished. They would take no responsibility for the mistakes that the finance manager made while transferring my personal information to the bank. Very disappointing, and now I have a tarnished credit score for 8 years.
I will never purchase a vehicle from MichaelStead again.
