My Ewald's Mayfair Chrysler Jeep reviewThe sales person I dealt with, Peter, was friendly and helpful. However, I felt pressured into purchasing their vehicle. During test drive, I noticed that the low air pressure light was on and was assured that this would be taken care of before delivery was taken. After vehicle was received, light was still on and one tire was rapidly losing air and rear bumper also began falling off, both issues were resolved on dealership. I was assured that this vehicle was “Chrysler Certified” with a 125 point inspection. Even if a leaking tire and a bumper falling off aren’t on this supposed inspection, I would guess that even a lube tech would notice these dumb things…also, service advisors are disrespectful. Overall, I’ve never seen a more disappointing dealership than Ewald.
