Becareful, internet pricing on used cars is different from in store pricing. Dave the manager is very rude and needs anger management classes. Not for the customer but for dealing with an employee. He exploded on a salesman in front of myself and wife. It put us in an uncomfortable spot.
Mark the other manage was helpful. I would not buy a car here without doing your homework. This used to be a family dealership with a good reputation. Seems like a lot of the people I bought from have left.
The facility is nice and clean. Salesperson was helpful but a bit pushy at times. Selection wasn’t as good as neighboring dealers.
I would send family and friends, they do good work. Hourly rate is very high though, so hopfully they get it right the first time. The only thing that bothers me is the service manager is not a real “people person”. Short on the phone and seems to be abrasive with his staff. My advisor seems to be “beaten down” and none of the employees ever smile, am I missing something? So in short, they do the job, but they need to enjoy their job more and smile :D!
I’ve been shopping for a Jeep for 3 months. I’ve had a few credit issues from a divorce, which really kept me from buying. I was embarrassed. I saw a commercial on TV that they “treat everyone with respect” and try to “help the customer buy a car”. I thought it was another empty car dealership promise. I applied online and was contacted within a few hours. I figured if my credit was that bad, I didn’t have to face anyone or feel ashamed. He kept it simple and showed me my options. A few dealerships told me what I could buy. I did have a low credit score, but he showed me it wasn’t all that bad. I had a good experience overall. I did have to return because I only got one car key but he had another one cut for me no problem. No hassle, no pressure. I’d send my pastor to buy a car there!
