Terrible. To begin, the service at the Wexford location was terrible. The salesman only texted with me and would never call, even when I called him. Then I was mislead about the availability of the title and it took over a week of them promising me the car one day, me rearranging my schedule, then being told it was not ready for pickup till the next day. But that is not the worst of it. After buying a 2010 Cadillac Escalade from the Robinson location the day after I noticed bugs in the vehicle. I now know this bug to be an Indian Meal Moth. This has been confirmed by an exterminator (who has excellent reviews across the internet at such places like Angie’s List). I was killing 2-5 bugs a day for over a month and spent 8 hours of my own time vacuuming food out of the vehicle. BUT IT HAS BEEN IMPOSSIBLE TO GET SOMEONE FROM COCHRAN ABOVE THE SALESMAN TO GET BACK TO ME. I called the manager at Robinson twice and he has not returned my phone calls. I called Dirk Harper, a more senior administrator, and he pushed me back to the salesman. I even sent Rob Cochran a certified letter and he has not responded to me. Cochran took a look at the vehicle and had an exterminator look at it and has told me the exterminator has told them this bug does not lay eggs. Google “Indian Meal Moth” and you will see clearly in the first or second paragraph of any site that it talks about laying eggs. Thus, there is no confidence that they are willing to do what is necessary to take care of this problem. This is probably the most frustrating purchase I have ever made across all areas. I have had to retain an attorney to simply try to get Cochran to correct or replace a car they sold me invested with bugs. I strongly recommend to people that there are many other places to purchase a car from. Stay away from the Cochran dealership, I would hope others do not have to go through the experience I am going through. Also, as for their “clear cut pricing” they offered me $2000 less than another dealer for my trade-in. Yeah it is clear cut pricing, but that does not mean it is the best pricing. Don’t fall for this gimmick.
