Now known as Bob Dance Kia in Merritt Island. I WOULD NEVER EVER purchase from this dealership again and would not recommend for you to do that either. They were all nice and friendly to me until they recieved the money but once they got that, the “customer” being me, no longer mattered. I purchased an 05 Nissan Altima 2.5 S. I was promised new matts, $20 in gas, 2 free detailings, 4 free oil changes, and a extra key. It took them over 2 months to get me the gas money and matts and that was with consistant calling and taking trips up there to make it happen. The night that I purchased the car I had to drive it off the lot with an empty gas tank. I literally had to fuel up like 10 ft away or the car would have stalled because they told me their gas card was down. It supposedly continued to be “down” for another 2 months which is why it supposedly took 2 months to get the gas. I still haven’t gotten the extra key and have continued to be given the run around. Keep in mind I purchased the car the middle of July and we are in November. This is not the way to conduct business. I then called the corporate office which then gave me the run around as well telling me that they would give me a call back and recieved no call from them either after 2 weeks. I called them today, only to speak with someone that told me that his employees would not have told me that could give me an extra key and that he didn’t know what I was talking about. Is that really the way these sales people think they can treat people and get away with it? I told the guy at the corporate office that his whole company really needed to learn business ethics and that I was going to be writing the attorney generals office and calling news stations to get them investigated. I am sure I am not the only one that this has happened to. I am also going to do everything possible to let possible customers know how they would be treated if they purchase from them. Hope I could be of help and warn anyone before they make the same mistake I did, PURCHASE FROM THEM!!
