This is our second CRV from Crown Honda, dealing with Amy Simpson was perfect. Amy answered questions, found information for us and did not pressure us in anyway. She is an awesome sales rep. Who knows the vehicles. Will deal with Amy Simpson over again, just a wonderful person to deal with.
They will convince you that everything is wrong with your car – until you ask other mechanics.
Will not keep you informed of warranty extensions.
After the warranty is over, they will not go to bat for you.
On warranty issue. I complained repeatedly about the transmission. They replaced it. I continued to complain about the same problem (after about 10,000 miles on the new one). They could never replicate it. They did not tell me that the warranty was extended to over 100,00 miles or for an extended but certain date. After the extended date passed (but before I was over the milage limit) they finally were able to replicate the problem (surprise!).
I mentioned other items – electrical in nature particularly – that were a problem. They did not follow up, ignoring those issues to tell me about all of other things wrong with the car. (Remember, other mechanics did not agree.)
I bought the car at Crown Honda. Why would I ever go back? The dealership is being brought down by the service department. Autoway? Other car companies? I have bought nothing but Hondas since 1987. The response I receive to my complaint to Honda Corporation will decide my future with Honda cars.

I was in a serious car accident that was not my fault. Went to Crown Honda and was promised that they would get the credit and that they would hold my check till the other parties ins. check cleared. They not only processed the check before I told them too causing me to have a overdraft fee of $35.00 then they told me they would not accept another check I had buy a $8.00 cashiers check. Then they lied to the finance company and couldn’t prove income so they held the paper work so long trying to get it financed that the time limit was up and they jacked up my points so much that my credit is screwed up I can’t get a loan from anyone. :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Amy answered all my technical questions, found information for us and did not pressure us in anyway. She is an awesome sales rep. Who knows the vehicles. Will deal with Amy Simpson over again, just a wonderful person to deal with. Thank You Amy for being there.
