Owned by Bill and Beverly Bedford since 1978, the dealership prides itself on service and its long-term employees. General Manager Bill Bailey has been with Honda of Tupelo since 1968, and the main mechanics (now service technicians) have worked here for over twenty-five years. Not only does Honda of Tupelo pride itself on its service and staff, it offers the largest accessory inventory in a three-state area. Folks travel for miles to Tupelo for Goldwing accessories, but also for street riding apparel and off road gear.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. No matter if you call or are at the dealership, they simply don’t care about the customer. I love my bike but regret buying from this bunch. Service dept is right on par with how this place is run. They kept my bike for 11 days to deal with very minor issues. They knew for 3 weeks prior to my bringing it in, what was needed, yet still took 11 days.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS BUNCH!
