Had my car come in for the Xylon paint protection package I bought at the sale of the vehicle. It went exactly as it should have but even better. I arrived 15 minutes late but there was no animosity or issues with that. My service loaner was ready for me. Mike pulled it around for me and had it all warmed up. My loaner was also an elantra and I noticed mine didn’t come equipped with the cargo divider in the trunk. I questioned how to get one and I was told very simply I can buy one in the parts DEPARTMENT. I went to parts they had one in stock which was a plus and Mike bistline my service writer personally installed it for me. What awesome customer service and really shows me CAROUSEL puts the wants of a customer first. Thank you Mike bistline as cold as it was outside YOU didn’t have to install my cargo divider but you did. I appreciate it.
Friendly and PROFFESIONAL. The dealership was comfortable and clean. The atmosphere was delightful and all of the staff were pleasant and were smiling. I leased a 2013 Sonata and I love love love my car. The whole process was fast but I was well informed about my car and financing. I will refer all of my friends and family to CAROUSEL HYUNDAI.
This was the best car purchasing experience I have had and I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life. My SALESMAN was excellent. He was very detailed in the description of my vehicle. He reviewed all of the options and went over the cars features so well that a child could understand them. Bill made us feel comfortable and most importantly he made our experience at the DEALERSHIP a laid back one. We felt no pressure and he was made our concerns a priority. Carousel Hyundai`s finance manager Tim was great as well. We didn’t have the best of credit but he really put forth great effort getting us a lender who didn’t give us a ridiculous interest rate. The environment was courteous and PROFFESIONAL and the DEALERSHIP is extremely clean and well kept. I GIVE CAROUSEL HYUNDAI 5 stars and will recommend them to all of my friends and family. Thank you CAROUSEL team you made my husband and I apart of your family.
I can’t comment on the quality of the car or the service department yet, but I can tell you that the experience of buying a new 2013 Sonata at this dealership was quite good. It probably helped that I had done some homework ahead of time, and that Hyundai had some pretty good incentives going, but my sales guy worked with me to come up with a great price that made sense. It probably also helped that he had a vehicle on the lot that met my needs. I would recommend that anyone going into this dealership ask for Mike Wilkinson by name – he knows his product and is good to talk with. He made sure every feature was explained and every question I had was answered. He had his job to do, but at the end of a relatively short and non-confrontational negotiation I felt we had gotten to a win-win agreement on price, and after the sale was made he came out and showed me how to set up the Bluetooth phone interface. The sales person is the “face of the dealership”, and Mike Wilkinson did a fine job for me.
I have owned many Hyundai vehicles since 1989 with the last 4 purchased from Carousel. The two top reasons that
come straight to mind are their honesty and friendliness!

Never before have I been to a car dealer that basically told us “Go shop somewhere else.” We were interested in a car that was not on the lot. They made it clear that either we should buy a car without driving it, or promise to buy it if they got one from another dealer for a test drive. Never been treated so rudely in my life. Beyond that, the salesperson was overbearing, asked canned questions and didn’t listen to the answers. Obviously not only will I never return there but I will tell all my friends to avoid it as well.
:):):) What a great experience….. no pressure…. got EXACTLY what we wanted for the price and financing we wanted and then we refered friends there and they got the same excellent service and ended up with the best deal and the Santa Fe with all the options they requested. . I called our salesman Mike Wilkinson and he was ready for them — no hassle….Carousel Hyundai and Mike are great….. 610-399-3100….. did I mention we get two free oil changes a year from there… part of the deal from buying form dealership.
After dealing with some really poor sales people at west chester kia, Carousel Hyundai made me forget about all of that! My salesman Dave Mattice was extreamly professional and was about helping me get the best deal on the vehicle i was interested in. He made my first buying experience and very pleasant one! 😀

Having been to several dealerships looking for a new vehicle, Carousel “BY FAR” was the most professional and courteous. The sales person David Mattice sure made the buying experience pleasant. I’m sure his customer service and knowledge of the product is a direct reflection of the entire organization.:D
I would highly recommend Carousel Hyundai in West Chester. I would consider my family tough to do business with therefor i was nervous to go. As soon as we walked into the dealership we were greeted and we asked for our awesome salesman Tom. He took great care of our family listened to us and gave us everything that we asked for and more. It was a breath of fresh air ,we felt very relaxed, and felt No pressure at all. We even felt like we were not at your “normal” dealership were they play games with you pricing wise. I would defiantly go there again for my next big purchase! People need the feeling that they can trust the dealership and we felt very comfortable there.- very happy customer

I just purchased a new 2013 Santa Fe from Carousel This is my 3rd Hyundai that I have purchased at Carousel. I worked with Mike Wilkinson in sales and the experience was excellent. The process was fair and very professional and not stressful at all. I also have my cars serviced at Carousel and the service department lead by Mike Bestline is top notch. I highly recommend Carousel Hyundai for sales and service.
Very pleasant experience! This was my fifth Sante Fe purchased from Carousel and by far this was best all around experience. Ron Homnack was a joy to work with. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He even brought me brownies that his wife made when I picked up the car! Going through the paperwork with Tim Raysor was great as he was also very professional but easy going as well.
